Beliebte 4-Sterne-Hotels in Pasig City

Es hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Kam früh vom Flughafen an und die Rezeptionistin war supertoll und hat mir einen frühen Check-in angeboten. Vielleicht sehe ich auch schrecklich müde aus 😂. Tolle Lage, in der Nähe von Einkaufszentren. Das Hotel war etwas veraltet, aber immer noch komfortabel.

Nach einem dreitägigen Aufenthalt bemerkte ich am ersten Tag, dass die Bettwäsche und Bettdecken möglicherweise nicht gewechselt wurden und nach Parfüm rochen. Ich bat jedoch das Hotel, sie am nächsten Tag zu wechseln, und musste einen Arzt aufsuchen nach der Heimkehr. Die Einstellung der Kellner ist insgesamt herzlich, aber der Service reagiert etwas langsam. Wenn der Rezeptionist in der Lobby keine Gäste empfängt, unterhalten sich drei oder vier Rezeptionisten lautstark und lachen. Die Bodenwarte sind höflich und aufmerksam. Am ersten Tag meines Einzugs stellte ich fest, dass der Toilettensitz schief war.

My stay at Wynwood hotel was generally satisfactory. The hotel is consistently clean, and the service, particularly from the lobby, is attentive. The location is convenient, and the hotel offers all necessary amenities. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast arrangement. Despite my expectations, breakfast was not delivered to the room, and when I inquired about it around 9:56 am, I was informed that it's only available until 10 am and needs to be collected from the third floor, which was unexpected. Additionally, I expected the hotel to keep records of guests entitled to complimentary meals, with the possibility of a refund if not provided. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, while the service to others seemed okay for me. 🥰

Stayed here on work and some food things about the place - liked the room I got . It was large with a wonderful clear view of the city. Rooms are well equipped and clean (thought the housekeeping forgot to clean my room one day); location wise is great with walking distance to restaurants and the malls (which are more than a plenty in this neighborhood). Staff was helpful and friendly though check in and check was long with all their paper work and adminstration process done sometimes manually. The breakfast - okay. More on the meaty side of items which does get heavy for morning. The gym is great. Would it stay here again - yes, it's a nice location and quiet area with a not too far distance from the office.

Citadines Millennium Ortigas is basically my home whenever I stay in Manila. The staff are highly courteous, attentive and kind. The rooms are clean, modern and cozy and well sized (I had the Queen Studio). The gym is good and the nice pool, though a tad small adds to an overall good experience. The buffet breakfast was not a huge selection, however they do offer you a main dish such as Steak and Rice, Eggs of your choice, Corned Beef etc to compliment the buffet.so don't worry you won't leave hungry ! How's this for great service ? I had a few cups of coffee and believe it or not the restaurant staff noticed that and the customer service staff sent up a can of choc chip cookies for being a great coffee lover. I was so touched by that ! Thank you so much. Location is a stones throw from the well Robinson's Shopping Centre. Happy to stay here anytime ! If I chose to have a long term apartment, it would look something like this place. A real thumbs up.

Over-all, we had a great experience. The facilities, services and the location was great. This place is also close to my heart and would love to come back soon.

The experience was nothing short of fantastic. We were immediately greeted right at the front drive, when we passed the concierge, and even by the housekeeping staff at the hallways. Check-in and checkout was a breeze, thanks to Ellyza and the team. The room was super clean and the amenities are complete. They even prepared fruits for us and towel art arrangements on our bedroom as a gesture for us newlyweds. It was super sweet, kudos to the staff. I'm actually torn with what the highlight of my visit was between the Water Spa or the breakfast buffet the next morning. My wife and I were already patrons of the Ace Water Spa since 2018 and we make sure we visit at least twice a year; it's always been consistently amazing. On the other hand, the buffet breakfast was unexpectedly insane. The selection was almost as good as a normal lunch buffet. There was fried chicken, there was an awesome mango-chutney fish fillet, and the soup was a creamy chicken soup that has the same texture as chowder. We had an amazing time and the staff even did a little song&dance for my birthday. All in all, that was a solid 5/5, will definitely return.

Wir waren leider noch zu Zeiten, als aufgrund von COVID19 vieles eingeschränkt und nicht nutzbar war: - Cucina war geschlossen - Sky Bar war geschlossen Gut war es jedoch, dass zu dieser Zeit das Hotel nicht sehr voll war und es angenehm ruhig war. Die Bedienung und der Sevice waren ausgezeichnet. Z.B. als am ersten Tag das WIFI nicht funktionierte, wurde sich engagiert und schnell hierum gekümmert. Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Pool, den man vor allem abends mit der schönen Beleuchtung sehr gut nutzen kann. Das Gym ist groß, abwechselungsreich und klimatisiert. Unser Continental Premier Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern, schönes Badezimmer und sehr angenehm. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr gut. Schlecht war jedoch, und deshalb kann ich keine vollen Punkte geben, dass aufgrund COVID19 das Frühstück nur in der Continental Club Lounge stattfand. Dort war die Auswahl an Speisen sehr bescheiden, Obst war gar nicht im Angebot, Müsli auch nicht und Brot nur sehr wenig Auswahl, wenn überhaupt. Wollte man z.B. Rühreier , so musste man dies extra beim Personal bestellen und mehrere Minuten waren, damit man dieses erhalten konnte. Bei 5 Sterne-Hotel hat man da einen anderen Anspruch. Bitte nicht das Eis im Cafe Pronto bestellen, die Bedienung verlangt das doppelte wie auf dem Preisschild und das Eis ist für Europäer nichts besonderes. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel, dass sicherlich in Nicht-COVID-Zeit mit voller Punktzahl überzeugt hätte. Vielleicht das nächste Mal ! :-)

This was my second time here but so sad that our second would be the last🥲 First, we requested for early checkin and informed us to call warly same day but no available room for earlt checkin. We arrived early like 2:30pm but they let us check in for past 3pm. Second, We booked early for twin bed 1 br but upon arrival they said it wasnt available and gave us king bed instead. we booked early and the twin bed was available how come it was not available during the checkin time. Third, lack of toiletries, no lotion at all. Forth, shower room was dirty, the fridge was so dusty. If there would be zero star, i would give one. Very frustrating stay.

Ich habe hier schon ein paar Mal übernachtet und dies ist mein dritter Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da es nur ein paar Meter vom sehr großen SM Megamall entfernt ist. Lebensmittel, ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine Wäscherei und Cafés gibt es ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.
