I recently stayed at **Conrad Manila**, and while the hotel has its strong points, there were also a few areas for improvement. One of the best things about this hotel is its **prime location**—it is conveniently **connected to the Mall of Asia**, making shopping and dining easily accessible. Additionally, it is **close to Manila Bay**, providing scenic views and a relaxing atmosphere. However, despite its reputation as a luxury hotel, the **facilities feel quite outdated**. Some areas, including the rooms, could use better maintenance or renovations to match the high expectations associated with the Conrad brand. While the overall stay was still comfortable, the hotel would benefit from an upgrade to enhance the guest experience. Overall, the **location is a major plus**, but improvements in the **facilities and upkeep** would make a stay at Conrad Manila even more worthwhile.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel on our anniversary just recently. Service was outstanding, the room was perfect for me, my wife, and daughter, we enjoyed the view as it was facing SM MOA Eye and San Miguel by the bay or strip, walking distance to malls (SM MOA and S Maison), Ikea, a nice church, and many more. We highly recommend this hotel for any occasion.

The room is good and spacious! It's neat and slick. The provided hotel accessories were toothbrush with toothpaste, headcap and bathroom soap, tissues and 2 water bottles. Our room was very relaxing, the TV is functional and the Airconditioning is working. The only issue I have is that there's a unique smell that blends with their air freshener which is I think the smell of cigarette. For me, the Wifi is not advisable if you want to work there as the connection is unstable. Overall it's a good experience

Habe einen Monat vorher 5 Zimmer reserviert, aber beim Einchecken waren nur 3 verfügbar. Bekam mein 1. Zimmer um ca. 14:40 Uhr und das andere um 15:30 Uhr. Meine Familie wartete in der Lobby und beschwerte sich bei mir, war ein wenig enttäuscht. Sauberes und freundliches Personal.

Gem br This was a really great place to stay in the space is good for 2 but It can definitely accommodate a small family of 3. For me, you know a place is great when you suddenly want to live in it. It has everything you need, every appliance they had was functional. The wifi is really fast they have their own netflix account so this is really good for a staycation. But if you are here for business, it is just as wonderful because the area is very accessible. Another thing, the customer service is top tier. I tell you I am not an easy person to deal with because i tend to have many queries. But they always acknowledged my queries. They were kind enough to cater to my every need that was in their scope of responsibility. They are very responsive. I even called one of their agent and I think she was asleep when she answered, and she was still kind enough to answer my questions . That's a very difficult thing to do to be kind to a person who woke you up just for a question. Lastly, the place is very very clean and spotless. It also smells good in here. And you are always secure because they have a smart lock. The only thing that isn't great in my room was the view it was a partial view of The city. Still, i had a balcony. Still, they had so much storage space i could stay here for a month if i could. But nonetheless it is perfect. You even have pool access as a bonus. Now that I have tried this place I would definitely trust the place that has the GemtoneBR logo on it. I hope you do to

Wir blieben vier Tage in einem Kondominium, und es war eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung im Allgemeinen. Die Einheit war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, so dass unser Aufenthalt komfortable und angenehm. Wir hatten Glück, es zu einem großen Preis zu erhalten, dank eines 50%-Rabatts, was es noch werter machte. Die Lage ist unglaublich bequem, da sie in der Nähe des Asia-Malls und wesentlicher Einrichtungen wie Komfortgeschäfte, Restaurants und schnelle Mahlzeiten ist. Das machte alles, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigt leicht zugänglich. Das Personal oder die Pflegeperson war auch sehr bequem und leicht zu erreichen, wann immer wir Hilfe benötigen. Unser ganzer Aufenthalt war fantastisch, und wir empfehlen diesen Ort sehr jedem, der einen erschwinglichen und bequemen Ort sucht, um zu bleiben. Sicherlich eine tolle Wahl!

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht schlecht, auf dem Dach gibt es einen Swimmingpool. Von den Minuspunkten: 1. Kakerlaken und Ameisen liefen in der Sonne herum 2. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist fraglich - das Gelände ist ins Meer geschüttet, die Ausrüstung funktioniert und Berge von Sand werden geschüttet. Wenn man sich ansieht, wie andere Leute arbeiten, scheint es nicht schlecht zu sein, aber das ist es nicht))) 3. Das Zimmer kostete 7500 pro Nacht mit Frühstück, aber! Wir hatten einen frühen Check-out und bekamen kein Frühstück! Das Personal wollte das Problem nicht lösen - kein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen (wie in anderen Hotels), kein Abendessen mit Zuzahlung, keine Entschädigung.  4. Es gibt nur wenige Sonnenliegen am Pool, nicht genug für alle Meiner Meinung nach ist das Hotel hinsichtlich der Kosten und der angebotenen Leistungen überteuert

Ideales transithotel nahe terminal3, man kann auch laufen. Abstriche beim frühstück für europäer, die brotsorten sind nicht doll und aufschnitt sehr begrenzt. Auch könnten die fenster besser gedämmt sein, der dauerlärm von den strassen ist schon störend. Für landestypische verhältnisse ist das hotel sehr gut, hat aber auch seinen preis für die recht kleinen zimmer
