Really perfect

Classic small hotel with top standard. The house, the room, the ambience is absolutely charming. Esp. the cosy swimming is open until 10pm. Location still close to the airport and convenient to reach Intramuros. - We only found the price for the Airport Shuttle (3.5km/15min) very expensive 2.500PHP. So we recommend not to use this service and better arrange on your own.

疫情之前經常住的一家酒店，是一家鬧中取靜的酒店，內部環境還是很不錯的，有獨立游泳池，晚上還是挺安靜的，以後來馬尼拉還會繼續入住的！

早餐選擇很少份量不大，作為遊客，未必每一款食物都會合胃口

環境很漂亮，乾淨衞生整潔。

Sehr niedliches Hotel mitten im stressigen Manila . Das Hotel sieht noch Kolonialzeit aus . Wir waren allerdings in einem süßen kleinen TinyHause mit Terrasse und Garten unter gebracht . Es war abgesehen von den Flugzeugen ( nahe beim Flughafen) erstaunlich ruhig . Das Zimmer war zwar winzig , aber echt süß . Wir waren begeistert. Für 1-2Nächte geht das auf jeden Fall

Had a really good sleep here - took the Owner's suite for two nights. It was very big room, full amenities and my favorite part was the bath tub. Food at restaurant was so good, mushroom adlai risotto, the peanut frozen pie was delicious. Very good value for money and had everything you need. Location is central and grab is readily available anywhere. It is close to Intramuros, Malacanang and Makati. Suggest to take the airport pick up service here as Manila Airport is a crazy place with long line for grab and taxi. It can be less frustrating to have hotel pick up.

When you drive from the airport to the hotel (20-30 minutes by taxi) you won't expect to find a hotel like this. Once through the entrance you end up in a quiet, lush garden with beautiful classic building. We stayed in the owner's suite, a nice room with a living area and a separate bedroom. This room comes with an amazing and spacious balcony overlooking the garden. The hotel and the room was very nice and the staff was friendly. The food in the restaurant is good, however, the included breakfast was not what I expect from a hotel like this. They only offered us three choices: savory, light or a sweet breakfast and you were only allowed to choose one drink... I understand you don't want to waste food by offering a breakfast buffet (it's also not the type of hotel for a breakfast buffet) but to let me make my own selection, without paying extra, would have made this a nicer experience.

Staff is so helpful and truly freindly The hotel gardens and buildings an oasis in a city full of traffic and people. great place to chill after working the food is fresh and simple the pool clean and surrounded by gardens taxi service very quick to arrive ..

I arrived at noon but was left to sweat outside until the mandated 2 pm check-in. Being unwell from the heat and 3 days in New Delhi I went to bed. The following morning I went out for medication. Upon return cleaning staff had refused to clean room unless I pay 250 pasos extra to wash sheets and they posted photos of the sheets to hotel staff.. I would never stay again and advise you to look elsewhere the area around the hotel is dirty and unpleasant

Although off track for many this hotel is an oasis for those seeking an historic, economical yet deluxe experience. It’s close to Manila Airport and Makati, but secluded in the Pasay neighborhood. A great find and unlike any I’ve seen in Manila. .

The wonderful staff really made our stay. The minute you entered the grounds you felt all the mayhem of Manila far behind. Stylish renovation and lovely grounds.our room - the owners suite - was very spacious, stylish and comfortable. Gift shop provided selection unique gifts.

Simply suitable for those who are looking for a quiet cozy accommodation and a home away from home, the homey ambiance brings tranquility , and good vibes to your daily stay plus a must try delectable dishes on their restaurant with aromatic coffee experience delights my whole stay. Super thankful to GM Noel Barrameda and to the FO team for the warm and 5stars hospitality very impressive indeed.
