Antwort der Unterkunft: 非常抱歉給您帶來不佳的入住體驗，針對您反應的問題，已經將該情況反饋與管理層，管理層也已開會商討對策。目前是旅遊旺季，整個布爾津的客人絕大多數都是旅行團客人，旅行團用餐相對較集中在7點半至8點半。短短半個小時要供應150-200人用餐。若您的行程並非那麼著急，建議您八點半以後用餐。不僅是用餐，電梯乘用，包括您自駕路上整體的體驗都會好很多。而且您都選擇自駕遊了，更犯不着和團隊搶吃的搶門票搶進園時間了，您説是不是？房間價格是年租金和短經營週期以及市場熱度所決定的，不賣到這個價格恕難包裹成本，還望您能理解。祝您在後續住到讓您滿意的酒店~
