Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt am Rose Park. Sehr schöner Rosengarten mit sehr exotischen Bäumen und tollen Blick auf den Hafen und auf die Downtown. Das Hotel ist prima und es gab keinen Grund zu Beanstandungen. Sehr viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Zu Fuß in die City eine halbe Stunde.

A recently refurbished hotel so fresh & clean. Staff super friendly. Perfect for the price. We will definetly use this hotel as a base for our Auckland trips. An Uber to town was just $11 for 2.

I have stayed here before and had a good experience. Which made me come back... however this time we were placed in a room directly underneath the restaurant. So late evening and early morning we were able to hear shoes clapping chairs dragging and the occasional banging. Not great for a restful restorative sleep! We also had no internet access in the room! And strangely... although check out time was 10 am we had a cleaner knock on our door and attempt to enter before 9am... and ask us when we were leaving! felt a little rushed! I did mention these apon leaving to reception it was blown off as unimportant and suggested I request a different room next time. Not really the kind of service and support I would expect sorry guys

The room is very small, 2d floor feels like sleeping on the street. No shampoo and body wash, asked and have only body wash delivered.

The hotel staff is very nice. Rose Patk and nearby is a good place to walk and chill and enjoy the beauty of this area. just that if you have heavy luggage remember to choose G/F, even the hotel staff is happy to carry it up to 2/F. We had dinner at the Hotel Resturant and each of our order was satisifing.

nice location and free parking for people with cars, friendly staff, would stay again

We were able to walk into Auckland, catch train and enjoy harbour. The weather was not the best, but havining a clean tidy stay makes all the difference.

Service in the restaurant was a bit slow, so I had to go and look for someone to sit and service us.

It's a very basic hotel with not much customer service. We stayed at a 2nd floor room where every morning around 6:30am could hear noise of dragging tables and chairs, because there is a restaurant above us. The only plus is the ample parking spaces in the hotel and it is conveient and fuss free if you've rented a car.

Stayed here for a night, loved it! Great location, great cleanliness. Will definitely be back 😊

Really comfortable stay the renovations are great well done

Lovely refurbished rooms, only stayed one night but slept really well in a comfortable bed. Great location, walked into Auckland city centre. Nice local cafe called Rosie’s too

Central easy to get to good service clean and tidy

Overall good stay. Less amenities.
