I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

진짜 머물면서 단점을 찾을 수가 없던 곳, 직원분들 서비스부터 리조트 조경까지 전부 완벽했습니다,,, 이번 베트남 여행 중 아난타라 리조트가 제일 기억에 남고 좋았어요 만약 베트남에 다시 오게 되면 여기를 오기 위해 다시 오지 않을까 합니다,,, 그만큼 완벽 벌레도 객실에서 과일 먹다가 본 개미들이 전부였고 청결 상태도 깔끔했습니다,

Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Ruhe, Natur pur, kristallklares Meer, ein köstliches Frühstück und freundliches Personal – einfach perfekt. Selbst die etwas abgelegene Lage abseits der Hauptstraße von Mui Ne war ein Pluspunkt, da wir so nicht in einen Shoppingtrip ausarteten. Wir verließen das Hotel nur zum Mittag- und Abendessen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens für einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub empfehlen. Tägliche Reinigung, Tee, Kaffee und Wasser waren inklusive, und auch Gutenachtgeschichten und Kuchen wurden bereitgestellt.

Ich habe auf einer Reise mit meiner Mutter übernachtet, die meine Reise von Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt verlängerte. Wir buchten über 12Go einen Bus vom Hanh Café für etwa 1.300 Yen. Die Fahrt dauerte etwa drei Stunden, aber in einem privaten Schlafbus war es bequem. Als wir vor dem Hotel ausstiegen, wurden wir angerufen. Als wir ankamen, schienen die meisten anderen Gäste Vietnamesen zu sein, und überall fanden Fotoshootings statt. Nicht viele Mitarbeiter sprachen Englisch, daher war die Verständigung etwas schwierig, aber alle waren sehr freundlich. Sie sagten uns, wir könnten sie per WhatsApp von unserem Zimmer aus kontaktieren, da es an der Rezeption kein Telefon gab. Ich habe kein WhatsApp-Konto und konnte auch keins einrichten, aber ich bekam keine Telefonnummer, also war es etwas umständlich. Letztendlich mussten wir zur Rezeption kommen, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Es wäre praktisch gewesen, wenn sie andere Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten wie Messenger angeboten hätten. Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Meerblick, das einfach wunderschön war. Der Strand erstreckte sich vor uns, und wir konnten Netflix und YouTube auf dem Bildschirm neben der Tür schauen. Abends zogen wir die Vorhänge zu und genossen ein Bad in der Badewanne vor unserem Bett. Im Restaurant gab es zwei verschiedene Menüs, beide extravagant, mit einer großen Auswahl an Meeresfrüchten auf einem großen Teller. Zu Beginn wurde alles auf einmal serviert, und wir konnten unmöglich alles aufessen, also ließen wir etwa die Hälfte übrig. Trotzdem war es mit 9.000 Yen für zwei Personen nicht zu teuer, und das Beste war, dass es ein wunderbares Erlebnis war, bei Sonnenuntergang ein ruhiges Abendessen direkt am Strand zu genießen. Während des Abendessens lauerte jedoch eine Ratte vor unseren Augen, und meine Mutter schrie und sah sehr verstört aus, lol. Am Morgen fand ein Tausendfüßler-ähnliches Insekt seinen Weg in unser Zimmer, was für Sauberkeitsbewusste vielleicht ein Schock sein mag, aber in einem naturnahen Hotel ist das wohl nicht anders zu erwarten. Das Beste an diesem Aufenthalt war der Morgen am Strand. Wir konnten direkt nach dem Verlassen des Zimmers zum Strand hinuntergehen und haben dort Muscheln gesammelt und gezeichnet, während wir gemütlich den Sonnenaufgang beobachtet haben. Insgesamt war es ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter! P.S.: Entschuldigung, dass das Cocktailglas kaputtgegangen ist, lol

Das Hotel ist wunderschön! Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir sind den Mitarbeitern sehr dankbar! Die Zimmer entsprechen exakt den Fotos, sind zwar nicht sehr groß, aber schön und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist das Essen. Für einen Aufenthalt von 3-5 Tagen ist es ausreichend, aber wir waren zwei Wochen dort und aßen abwechselnd Pho Bo (das übrigens SEHR LECKER ist) oder zwei Eier mit Brot und Salat. Die anderen beiden Sandwiches sind nämlich sehr einfach und man möchte sie nicht öfter als zweimal essen. Die Fischgerichte sind außerdem nicht jedermanns Sache. Das hängt aber eher vom Hotelmanager ab, der die Speisekarte bestimmt. Es wäre schön, wenn die Rühreier nicht so einfach wären, sondern zumindest so wie die, die sonntags angeboten werden. Der zweite Minuspunkt ist der Lärm – wir wohnten in einem Eckzimmer und haben morgens alles gehört: Kinder, die um 7 Uhr im Pool kreischten, die Straße und Leute, die gerade ankamen und sich unterhielten, weil unser Zimmer quasi im Eingangsbereich liegt. Es wäre toll, wenn man zumindest das Tor nachts schließen und in großen Buchstaben in der Nähe des Pools eine Ruhezeitregelung bis mindestens 8 Uhr anbringen würde. Schließlich will nicht jeder im Urlaub früh aufstehen.

The location was spot on  Great views of the ocean and beach access magical view  The room was nice clean  aircon was a bit  ordinary but reception was prompt in making it more comfortable offering another room which is always a plus  Breakfast was simple but available it wanted for $3  Overall a very nice stay in a very clean inviroment  We would stay again I would recommend the location 5 star resort style for a mere $33  I’m comparing with other hotels I would pick this one over serveral in the same stri absolutely worth the $ felt like we had our own beach very private

Außerhalb der Stadt, aber für manche ist das ideal. Erstaunliche brandneue Einrichtungen, wirklich freundliches Personal und viel besser als frühere suboptimale Bewertungen in Bezug auf den Service. Es ist klar, dass viel Aufwand in die Schulung des Personals gesteckt wurde. Ein großartiger Ort zum Übernachten

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr gut. Auf der Küste kann man das Meer in der Nähe sehen. Der Stil ist sehr freundlich. Die Landschaft ist gut. Das Frühstück ist kein Selbsthilfe. Sie können eine Hauptgerichte und Getränke bestellen. Es ist ein Landschaftszimmer, und die Umgebung ist sehr bequem. Es ist der Ort, an dem Meeresfrüchte gegessen werden.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
