„MEINE 5-STERNE-BEWERTUNG“ – obwohl das Hotel mitten in der Nebensaison nur halb belegt war … meine Bitte um eine zusätzliche Stunde nach dem regulären Check-out um 12 Uhr mittags kam so rüber, als hätte ich verlangt, das Konzept des „Hoteling“ neu zu erfinden. Die ziemlich hochnäsige Dame an der Rezeption (sie waren alle irgendwie so, und es scheint eine Grundvoraussetzung für die Einstellung von Mitarbeitern im Empfangsbereich zu sein (vgl. Singapur)) seufzte und schnaubte schließlich: „Okay, Sie können bis 13 Uhr bleiben, wenn Sie uns eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung auf Google geben.“ Als wir pünktlich um 13 Uhr auscheckten, bat sie mich, ihr die Bewertung auf meinem Handy zu zeigen. Die ich natürlich nicht geschrieben hatte. So, hier ist es nun endlich (danke für Ihre Geduld, Ihr Hotel ist uns egal): „3 STERNE … hält sich für besser, als es ist, und sollte Gäste nicht mit erbärmlichen Bewertungen bestechen, um das Google-Bewertungssystem zu manipulieren. Glauben Sie mir, es gibt bessere Unterkünfte.“

Although I did not choose this place at first (due to the anniversary, there were many rooms available), I was really surprised because the experience was very good. The room was clean, the small balcony had a beautiful view, very chill. The staff was friendly and cute. Although the location was a bit far from the center, it was quiet and relaxing. Beautiful scenery, reasonable room layout on campus. Rich and delicious breakfast. I will come back if I have the chance!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hier. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Die Boden waren luftig und mit Grünland gefüllt, die eine entspannende Atmosphäre schuf. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen passte unseren Geschmack, mit einer Vielzahl von Gerichten am Frühstücksbuffet. Mit leckerer Meeresfrüchtesuppe und schüttelndem Rindfleisch war das Abendessen besonders beeindruckend. Insgesamt waren die Dienstleistungen stabil und zufriedenstellend. Unser Kind genossen besonders den Schwimmbad. Schöner Strand, leider ist das Meer grob, so dass Sie nicht schwimmen können. Wir werden sicher auf unsere nächste Reise zurückkehren.

Es dauert 10 Minuten, um einen Autobus vom Flughafen zu fahren. Es ist sehr bequem, und ich dachte nicht, dass die Landschaft des Hotels neben dem Flughafen so gut sein könnte. Der Preis für 3400 während des Frühlingsfestes ist sehr hoch.

Die Aussicht, die Lage und die Sauberkeit sind alle perfekt! Allerdings ist die Gastronomie dürftig! Ich denke, es wäre am besten, wenn schnell verschiedene Restaurants eröffnet würden. Derzeit gibt es zwei, eines im Hotel und eines draußen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wenn man es zeitlich gut einstellt, kann man den Lazy River nutzen. Es war auch ein tolles Erlebnis, jeden Abend einen Film zu sehen. Das Meer ist in Cam Ranh schöner als in Nha Trang. Auch das Kindercafé gefiel mir gut, da es völlig neu wirkte. Auch Buggys innerhalb des Resorts sind praktisch!

The hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi. Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).

I’ve traveled extensively around Vietnam and stayed in hotels of different categories, but unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. Pros: * Beautiful private beach with plenty of clean sun loungers. * Large swimming pool and well-maintained grounds. * The rooms are spacious and comfortable overall. Cons: * Finding this particular section of the hotel was surprisingly difficult because it’s part of a larger resort complex. After a long flight, I expected better guidance, but the staff simply pointed in the general direction instead of helping us find the correct building. * The biggest disappointment was the hotel’s attitude toward drinking water. The room only includes two small 355 ml bottles. When I asked for more, I was told that only those two bottles were complimentary and any additional water had to be purchased from the bar for 25,000 VND per bottle. After traveling around Vietnam, where hospitality is usually outstanding, this felt unnecessarily stingy and left a very poor impression. * After arriving hungry from the airport, we went to the hotel restaurant. Although it wasn’t a weekend and there were empty tables, we were told they were too busy and weren’t accepting any more guests, and to come back in an hour. That was very disappointing after a long journey. * Beach towels are not included for guests staying in this section of the resort, while guests in other parts of the same complex receive them free of charge. It’s a small thing, but the inconsistent policy is frustrating. * The bathroom lacks even simple shelves or holders for shampoo and shower gel, so everything has to be placed on the floor while showering. Overall: The facilities themselves are good, but the service and overall attitude toward guests did not meet my expectations. What disappointed me most was not the hotel itself, but the lack of hospitality, which is something I’ve come to appreciate everywhere else in Vietnam. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
