Beste Hotels mit Parkplatz in The Colony

Almost our entire baseball team stayed at this hotel for our tournament a couple of weeks ago, and it was a great stay according to everyone, even the most picky (me). We travel often and stay in hotels often, and you just never know! Ample space, clean hotel and rooms, friendly front desk staff. Plenty of towels, nice amenities and a great breakfast that stayed on later than most hotels. I think it was until 9, and it was unique both mornings I went down. The only complaint I have is that the vanity is open to the bedroom, if that makes sense, so when I got up early to get ready the light bothered others that wanted to sleep in. It was easy to overlook since everything else was perfect. It's rare! Lots of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend.

I booked a room through a Travelocity at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Plano/The Colony on Saturday May 18, 2024. When I arrived at the hotel, I checked in with the front desk rep Jennifer. I said to her “every time I check into a hotel my room is always by the elevator”. Jennifer stated yeah that is because you booked with a third party and we do not like third parties. I looked up at her and said I do not always use a third party to book my hotel rooms. Can you please make sure I am not next to the elevator. Jennifer stated your room is not next to the elevator and if it is come back down to the front desk and I will move you. I was in a rush to get to my family and friends so I did not have time to go back and forth with Jennifer and the way she was talking to me as if because I am getting the room and a cheaper rate I should accept whatever room I get. When I got off the elevator, I immediately notice my room was in fact next to the elevator. Again I was too busy and didn’t want to be labeled as the angry black woman that booked on a third party app, because I can’t afford the rate without going through a third party. The next day when I checked out of the room, I explained to Alisha at the front desk what happen. She apologized for Jennifer’s behavior. Alisha stated that it should not matter how the guest booked their rooms. If we request not to be put in a room they can look in the computer to ensure that they are not in a room near the elevator or etc. if the rooms are available. I always stay at a Marriott hotel branch but after this experience. I need to look in to other options if I am going to be treated a certain way if I book through a third party. It should not be offered if the guest are going to be treated different. I hope that I do not have to deal with this ever again and if that is the true case. Marriott should look into other options to book their rooms to the public.

Ich blieb hier mit meinem S/O und wir waren beide sehr beeindruckt mit diesem Ort. Freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, das schön mit aktuell eingerichtet und Dekoration, GREAT Preis, großartige Lage, in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und vieles zu tun in der Umgebung. 10/10 würde diesen Ort für jeden empfehlen, einschließlich meiner Familie und Freunde. Ich könnte wirklich weitergehen und weiter gehen. Bitte buchen Sie diesen Ort. Sie werden nicht enttäuscht!!!

This Hyatt Place Hotel went above and beyond the normal overnight stay. It is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and helpful, in every department - check-in, breakfast, and the house keeping team. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Seit einiger Zeit habe ich in einem Hampton Inn & Suites verblieben. Diese Anlage scheint sehr neu zu sein. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lobbyfläche ist definitiv über dem Durchschnitt. Viele Zimmer und Sitze und das Design ist etwas, das Sie in einem viel höheren Endhotel sehen würden. Die Lage ist großartig. In der Nähe von vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir gingen in nur wenigen Minuten zu einem nahe gelegenen Ort. Das Personal war freundlich, aber bei zwei verschiedenen Gelegenheiten mussten wir bei der Frontdesk 5-10 Minuten warten, bevor ein Mitarbeiter uns hilfreich erschien. Zuerst zu checken, und dann später am selben Abend um Pisten für den Sofa Schlafer zu beantragen (auch seltsam, dass es keine Pisten im Zimmer, um den Sofa Schlafer zu verwenden). Vielleicht waren sie gerade am Abend unterbesetzt, aber ich bin mindestens 25 Nächte im Jahr in Hotels und ich erinnere mich nicht daran, dass jemand auf dem Vordertisch so auftauchen muss. Wenn Sie eine sehr feste Mattress mögen, dann wird es wahrscheinlich gut sein. Aber für mich war das Bett sehr unbehaglich. Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber eine Art merkwürdiges Design. Ich bin gewöhnt, in Hyatt Place und anderen ähnlichen Hotels zu bleiben, wo es viele Sitze im Zimmer gibt. Hier gab es nur einen Tischstuhl und einen kleinen Liebessitz. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren beide gut. Das Frühstück war ungefähr durchschnittlich, aber nichts besonderes. Waffeln, Obst, Bäckereien, Muffins, Getreide, etc. Ich schätze, dass es um 6:00 Uhr geöffnet war. Viele Hotels öffnen ihr kostenloses Frühstück nicht bis 7:00 Uhr oder später und ich bin in der Regel schon damals aus der Tür. Weiblich und Kinder genossen beide den Innenpool. Sehr schön, Innenpools wieder zu sehen, nachdem so viele wegen COVID geschlossen wurden.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. Was checked in by a very polite, upbeat, great guy. Quin I think was his name. Great employee. Hotel is fairly new. Great colors and decor. Breakfast options weee great. Would maybe stay here again. Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants. Here is what is keeping it from being a 5 rating and changing us to a definitely would come back. First, the breakfast starts to late. 7:30. Second, they only have ice on the second and fourth floor. We were on the 1st floor. They said I needed to go to the second floor. I go up there, and the ice machine is broke. Then go to the fourth floor to finally get ice. Third. In the room. Found a couple hairs in the bath tub. Seen some finger prints in a couple different areas. Needed more k-cups. Ice bucket top was broke and didn’t look to appealing. So, that’s are take on it. If there’s to many little things like that, it adds up. But a huge kudos to the employees and breakfast quality.

A great hotel with nice staff, clean rooms, lovely amenities, and fabulous water pressure! Was a nice place to come back to after a day of business.

Best front desk staff ever! Interactive with mu kids. Remembering why we were there and checking on how things were going. Gracious with other guests. We spent a lot of time in lobby hanging out with friends and saw first hand how great they were. Shout out Divy, Troy, and West! Very clean facility. Would totally recommend this hotel with no complaints. However if you’re claustrophobic, I would not choose the 1 kind bed room you’re gonna need more space.
