Einer der beliebtesten Einrichtungen des Hotels, das ich lebte, eine sorgfältige Gestaltung, jede Details zeigen den Herzen des Hotelmanagers, die Würfel im Hinterhof, die Würfel, die Würfel, die echte Felle, die schönen Blumenpflanzen, die Vogelbäume, die Fenster öffnen, die schönen Bergwasser, Ich will hier leben und es hier schaffen. When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

Das Hotel war rundherum hervoragend. Habe mich wohl gefühlt und würds wieder buchen. In der zweiten Nacht war es sehr stürmisch und der Wind drückte spürbar durch die AC. Das konnte ich mit Handtüchern unterbinden. Beim Check-Out wies ich darauf hin. Kulanztechnisch wurde mir für diese Unnanehmlichkeit die Parkgebühr für meine 2 Tage gestrichen und ich bekam auch mit das das Serviceteam direkt von der Rezeption zur Behebung dieses Mangels kontaktiert wurde. Auch die Bedienung in der Bar war sehr nett. Rundherum wie gesagt Top!

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Umgebung und es gibt auch Shuttlebusse. Es ist schwer, die Lobby und die Eismaschine zu finden! Die Lobby befindet sich eigentlich in einem kleinen Haus wie ein Sicherheitsraum am Tor; Die Eismaschine steht in der Waschküche! Was mich am meisten störte, war, dass ich meine Kreditkarte für 152,2 $ abgetastet und mir nicht im Voraus Bescheid gegeben habe. Danach sah ich die Transaktionserinnerung und das Feedback an Ctrip. Nachdem Ctrip gefragt hatte, sagte ich mir, dass es „zusätzliche Kosten“ seien! Ähnlich wie bei der Anzahlung! Sie sagten, Sie müssen die Kaution einziehen, Sie können direkt sagen, dass es sich um eine Kaution handelt, aber es ist notwendig zu sagen, welche zusätzlichen Kosten, aber auch ein Bruchteil, es ist sehr verwundert!

Bumbleberry Inn is very conveniently located in Springdale (the main town to access Zion National Park). The Inn has its own dedicated bus stop for the free bus services within Springdale and to Zion National Park’s entrance. It is also just a block away from Sol Foods (the only supermarket in town). The room looks new and overall it is very clean. Plus point is that parking is free to all guests (other accommodation often charge additional parking fee). The accommodation comes with breakfast vouchers for two at The Porters (the restaurant just outside of the Bumbleberry Inn). The Porters has a good selection of food for its breakfast menu. Don’t forget to also try the Bumbleberry Pie (Legendary Zion’s Pie) from the cafe beside the Porters. There is also a hidden mini zoo with animals like Turkey, duck, boar, goat and pony that you can visit during your stay. Overall, would definitely recommend this Inn to everyone who is visiting Zion!

酒店的位置不錯，後面停車場就可以欣賞美麗的“日照金山”。但無線網絡需要好好升級一下，WiFi時有時無，不斷需要重新登錄，一個20分鐘的視頻都可能中斷兩次，無法處理重要的事項。

Die Umgebung der kleinen Stadt ist schön und sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Shuttle, weil es in Springdale, die aus Las Vegas fahren, nachts ankam, und es gibt keine Lobbys, aber das Personal hat meine Zimmerkarte in den Umschlag auf die Lobby-Schachtel gelegt und mir gesagt, zuerst zu bleiben, Am nächsten Morgen Check-in. Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen kleiner Holzhaus. Das Auto ist kostenlos und kann bis 4 Uhr am Tag des Abflugs des Ladens gestartet werden. Dies ist die erste kleine Stadt unserer Reise, das Hotel liegt hinter dem Berg, sehr schön und ruhig.
