Der Hotelservice ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und komfortabel. Ich und mein Kind sind am Flug um zwölf Uhr am Abend angelandet. Wir rufen das Hotel an, um den Anschluss zu beantragen. In zehn Minuten ist der Service sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist auch über den Erwartungen hinaus. Obst ist frisch, die Lieferung von heißem Wasser und Kaffee 24 Stunden entspricht auch den Bedürfnissen der Chinesen. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder gehe, wählen Sie auch ihre Heimat. Das einzige Versäumnis ist, keine Tickets zu entwickeln. Ich weiß nicht, ob Trip.com eine Lösung finden kann.

Visited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked. Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.

The hotel was better than we expected. We first walked in to a beautiful hotel and were immediately greeted by the staff. All staff were very friendly and helpful In the lobby area there is plenty of comfortable seating and an area with tables there’s a food area in the lobby and there’s a pool table near the entrance of the bar. The bar’s decor was very nice and there was also an outdoor area which leads to the walking trail The indoor pool area was very clean and nice. They have towels available and a bathroom in the pool area. The pool was at a perfect temperature we enjoyed the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable the hotel is conveniently located to anything that you might like. Besides the walking trail that overlooks the harbor. Destiny mall is only a couple blocks away. It is close to other shops and eateries the highways are close as well as gas stations and downtown. I highly recommend going there for any kind of stay business or leisure. I can’t wait to go back.

Third time staying here. We love the separate bedroom option at this hotel which is a rare find. We were disappointed the bacon jalepeno popper omelettes were no longer offered at breakfast bar. They were always sooo good and one of the reason we returned. Libby is beautiful, great spot to hangout outside of the room. Gym was great with upgraded equipment. Pool was a bit too cold this time unfortunately and not as clean as we hoped. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Typisch amerikanisches Frühstück, Zimmer, Bett, Badezimmer sind sehr groß, die einfachste Ausstattung, Gesundheit und Komfort, kostenlose Parkplätze sind sehr praktisch, Selbstfahrer bevorzugt! Es gibt McDonald's in der Nähe! Spät, am nächsten Tag, kein Foto, kostengünstig, einen Arbeitsaufenthalt wert

Took elevator to 3rd floor.  The elevator was ”dirty” (floor, walls).  If cleaned, they had done a poor job. The floor was dirty under tables at breakfast.  The breakfast was diverse.  Had oatmeal packets, but nothing to put it in (bowls).  No fruit. There were no tissues in the room.  Not enough soap and shampoo for two people.  Tile floor was sticky/tacky.  Air system was noisy; turned off.  Bed had some pads under the fitted sheet, but not covering the whole bed (lumpy).  Sofa in suite was heavily stained/dirty and cushions ripped in two places.  Holes in wall where hardware had been ripped out.  Bathroom was clean.  Wireless was easy to access.

Ich möchte zuerst mit der Bemerkung beginnen, dass das Personal unglaublich Kinder und hilfreich war (Ich denke, sein Name war BJ, aber ich könnte falsch sein). Die Zimmer waren schön!! Neu renoviert, sauber, vollgrößenkühlschrank und andere Dinge in jedem Zimmer, um es zu fühlen wie zu Hause.  Das Gia t Lagerhaus wurde in einer schrecklichen Lage gebaut und sie sollten es nur zerschneiden. Auch die Libby war unter Bau, aber ich bin sicher, dass ich bald aufsteigen und laufen werde.

Wir Check-in sehr spät um 4:00am wegen unseres späten Fluges und 1 fehlenden Gepäckstück. Wir haben unser Zimmer schnell, aber das Bad war schockiert und schmutzig. Es wurde versucht, unser Zimmer zu ändern, aber es wurde gesagt, es gab kein anderes Zimmer, aber sie schickten jemanden, um es morgens zu reparieren. Das Hotel ist ziemlich grundlegende, mehr für Personen mit eigenem Transport. Weiße Lage, es gibt nicht viel um die Gegend, aber wir fanden Dennys in Fußabstand. Es gibt auch ein paar andere Essensplätze, obwohl wir sie nicht versucht haben.

The room was very dated and had a musty odour. we booked a smoking room but werent expecting it to have cigarette burns and stains on the bedspread. Pillows were very thin. There was tissue shoved in the hole of a second door. There was a light coming from inside the bathtub drain. very strange?? No table lamps. Only one receptacle outlet behind the beside table. The fridge was only cool and had puddles of water inside. The air conditioning worked well and the T.V. had a good channel selection. I wouldn't book at this place again.
