GGuest UserSehr schönes Zimmer und sehr guter Service. Ich hatte anscheinend das falsche Zimmer gebucht, aber der Angestellte an der Rezeption, Josh, wusste, was ich suchte (weil wir vor der Online-Buchung angerufen hatten) und er hinterließ eine Notiz, damit sie dieses Zimmer für uns freihalten konnten, als wir ankamen. schätzte den zusätzlichen Schritt. ️

JJohn MichaelVery nice ”Boutique” style hotel in Nulu. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars.
Room decoration was excellent - nice and colorful. But found the room a bit dark in the evening.
Upstairs 6th floor bar and lounge was excellent - server Lee was superb!
And a hotel suited more for leisure and vacation travelers. Breakfast service does not start until 8:00 am, and was on the slow side. And no in-room coffee.
So would highly recommend for a leisure stay in Louisville - would re-think for a business stay.

PPhotoguyI booked this hotel last minute and arrived around 9 PM at night. The front desk staff was friendly and checked me in quickly and gave me my hotel key directed me to the elevators and where I could park my vehicle. The room was standard. nothing special the bed was comfortable, and I did like the fact that there were USB ports on each side of the bed as well as at the desk. I do wish they had had toothbrush and toothpaste for guests in the room because I had forgotten mine. It would’ve all been nice if they had had a complementary comb for guest to use overall eight out of 10

DDC93Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.

GGastnutzerBeautiful hotel, great location, staff were very nice. I left too early to comment on food. My biggest complaint is the studio kitchen appliances; the fridge was beat up and dented, which wasn't a huge deal, but it did make an AWFUL grinding sound all night which prevented me from sleeping. I eventually just ended up unplugging it, which didn't matter since there was nothing in it, but would have been horrible to have to listen to all night.

KKimberlyWhen I first walked in it looked great and the staff was friendly and informative. Everything was okay until I went to my room. I proceeded to unpack when I found an obscene amount of ants and knats on one of my beds. I called the front office and he came up to my room bringing me all the clean bed linens and proceeded to take the infested ones away. He didn't say or do anything else he walked out leaving me standing there with clean linens in my arms. So as I started to make the bed up as I am looking for more bugs if any! I found on the upper left corner of the mattress a pretty big size dry blood on the mattress..all of this and never anything said to me about a discount or a new room or anything...I better not have any problems getting my deposit back!

The King Room Suite had a super tiny bathroom, The toilet seat was located at the door opening, the door barely brushed the toilet seat and it was cut in so it would not block the toilet seat. There was only one person working at the desk, she looked visibly frustrated when I asked her for 2 glasses for drinking water, said she was alone. Did not try the breakfast. One whole Hyatt Place Hotel was run by one person? Very disappointed with this location, Will not stay at Hyatt in the future.

Es ist mit 3 Messern eingerichtet. 3 Forschen, 3 Handtücher, 3 Kekse, 3 Platten, 3 Weinglas, 3 Trinkglas.
Wir mussten eine Luftmatrester kaufen, um unsere Tochter aufzuschlafen.
Würde wieder auf der Grundlage der Sauberkeit und der Menge der Dinge reservieren. Aber Zimmerunterkunft ist irreführend.

GGastnutzerIt took forever to get my reservations after I already arrived. The room had no hot water. The room was next to the front office and they were yelling and screaming all night long at 12 o’clock at night. I had to beat on the wall to get him to be quiet and it still didn’t workwasn’t very happy at all. The shower knob came off in my hand was planning on spending two nights there’s no way I would’ve spent another night there.
