Very nice ”Boutique” style hotel in Nulu. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars. Room decoration was excellent - nice and colorful. But found the room a bit dark in the evening. Upstairs 6th floor bar and lounge was excellent - server Lee was superb! And a hotel suited more for leisure and vacation travelers. Breakfast service does not start until 8:00 am, and was on the slow side. And no in-room coffee. So would highly recommend for a leisure stay in Louisville - would re-think for a business stay.

I booked this hotel last minute and arrived around 9 PM at night. The front desk staff was friendly and checked me in quickly and gave me my hotel key directed me to the elevators and where I could park my vehicle. The room was standard. nothing special the bed was comfortable, and I did like the fact that there were USB ports on each side of the bed as well as at the desk. I do wish they had had toothbrush and toothpaste for guests in the room because I had forgotten mine. It would’ve all been nice if they had had a complementary comb for guest to use overall eight out of 10

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. Sehr schönes Zimmer und sehr guter Service. Ich hatte anscheinend das falsche Zimmer gebucht, aber der Angestellte an der Rezeption, Josh, wusste, was ich suchte (weil wir vor der Online-Buchung angerufen hatten) und er hinterließ eine Notiz, damit sie dieses Zimmer für uns freihalten konnten, als wir ankamen. schätzte den zusätzlichen Schritt. ️

We had a great stay. The location as excellent with an easy walk to restaurants and bars and and the baseball stadium just behind. Hot tub was hot and pool was great. We got last minute tickets on the front row to see the Bats. Top tip, free on street parking after 5pm until 10am to the side of the hotel and $10 parking all day opposite the stadium - only 3 mins walk. Hotel parking is reasonable but we were on a budget!

Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.

This is the one of the worse experiences at Hyatt. The King Room Suite had a super tiny bathroom, The toilet seat was located at the door opening, the door barely brushed the toilet seat and it was cut in so it would not block the toilet seat. There was only one person working at the desk, she looked visibly frustrated when I asked her for 2 glasses for drinking water, said she was alone. Did not try the breakfast. One whole Hyatt Place Hotel was run by one person? Very disappointed with this location, Will not stay at Hyatt in the future.

Würde wieder auf der Grundlage der Sauberkeit und der Menge der Dinge reservieren. Aber Zimmerunterkunft ist irreführend.

It took forever to get my reservations after I already arrived. The room had no hot water. The room was next to the front office and they were yelling and screaming all night long at 12 o’clock at night. I had to beat on the wall to get him to be quiet and it still didn’t workwasn’t very happy at all. The shower knob came off in my hand was planning on spending two nights there’s no way I would’ve spent another night there.
