Had a wonderful historic Inn. Rustic and charming. Excellent location, in the middle of all the amazing shopping and attractions. Had a beautiful view from my room 126. Fabulous free breakfast in the mornings. Charming porch with rocking chairs and a fire place to sit and relax. I will stay here again. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels. A true destination experience.

I loved the convenience of this hotel. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast breakfast was good! Beds are comfortable and pillows are soft. Showers had great water pressure and best of all, daily Bear sightings on location!! We come to Gatlinburg every year in July and my twin daughters said they want to come back here, they loved the creek walk connected to the hotel where they can walk down and skip rocks! It's located at the end of the ***** and walking distance to restaurants.

This place had SO much potential, but little by little, it proved to be a hotel I cannot recommend in good conscience. I booked a ‘Honeymoon Suite’ for my wife and I, from the date of January 21st to January 25th. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly, but was facing the dilemma of deciding which room to put my wife and me in, because a water line had burst the previous night, causing the cold water to shut off completely for the first couple days of our stay. The receptionist (at the time of my check-in), was likely also a/the manager, and she offered to switch our room out for another. I declined, however, due to the fact that none of the available, vacant rooms had jetted jacuzzi tubs in them, and the jetted tub was one of the biggest features which drew me into booking the room. We ended up staying in the original room (with the temporarily broken water line), and the manager told me it would be no issue to appropriately partially refund our money, or compensate us for the many issues we experienced, monetarily.

The staff has been super friendly and I really enjoyed my stay until I entered the breakfast area. The fellow working there clearly either does not like his job or has a disorder of some kind. The first morning, I went in and I said, good morning, and he just grunted. A couple mornings later, when I walked in, I noticed him looking at me and I glanced at him and he was not just looking, but staring very intensely at me without looking away. It was very awkward. I immediately reported to the staff at the desk and when I got to the desk, they were very cheerful and helpful, until I mentioned the incident and they changed instantly and they defended him immensely. Everything about this day was great, except that creepy incident.

The hotel is in a great location and that’s the best thing I can say. The breakfast if they have a lot of people coming is good with biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs but if there’s not many people booked, it’s just scrambled eggs and half cooked sausage. The one thing if you have a pet, they’re gonna stick you in one of the old rooms that the floor hasn’t been mopped in ages. They made dust mop it, but if you drop some water and wipe it up, the rag is black and the bed was very uncomfortable. Young man at the desk was very nice and he actually helped me a lot and he said they did have a lot of new mattresses, but unfortunately our room wasn’t one of them.

Schönes Hotel, sehr geräumige Zimmer und ich empfehle die Buchung des Feuerplatzes. Das Frühstück war im zweiten Stock, es war ok. Ich würde lieber mehr vegetarische Optionen oder Obst. Kurz zum Zentrum zu gehen, aber es gibt auch ein Shuttle, das sehr nahe dem Hotel hält. Im Sommer würden Sie sich für eine Nacht an den Außenpool genießen.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Hauptstraße von Gatlinburg entfernt, was großartig war. Sie haben derzeit kein kontinentales Frühstück. Das war der Hauptgrund, warum ich das Hotel gebucht habe, nur um beim Einchecken zu erfahren, dass dies nicht angeboten wird. Und ihr Pool war auch noch geschlossen. Das Personal war nett.

Das Hotel ist alt und sehr wenige Verbesserungen. Nur ein Anschluss für das Telefonaufladen und es ist im Desklight. Das ist nicht einmal nahe, war Ihr Bett ist. Das so genannte Teppich ist älter als ich glaube. Badezimmer-Sunk hat keine funktionierenden Sunk-Stopper, weil der Sunk-Fall nicht gemacht wird, um einen. Bilder, die ich gelernt habe, können angepasst werden.
