Beste Hotels mit Parkplatz in Freeport

Lassen Sie mich mit mir öffnen, ich bin eine Hilton Person. Meist alles, was ich bei der Reise übernachte. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, hier zu bleiben. Es gibt Zugspuren direkt draußen entlang einer ganzen Seite des Hotels. Eine ganze Seite der Zimmer sind gegen sie. Ein Güterzug ging um 2:20 Uhr und erwachte das ganze Zimmer. Ein weiterer Zug ging um 7 Uhr. Zimmer sind sauber, weshalb ich ihm einen zweiten Stern gegeben habe. Personal ist nicht groß. Riesige Linie zu checken. Drei Menschen hinter dem Zähler. Einen Check-in und die anderen zwei buchstäblich dort nur sprechen. Garden Inn gibt Ihnen entweder Frühstück oder 750 Punkte mit Ihrem Aufenthalt. Die Frauen Check-in und fragte mich nicht. Ich bat sie, mich für die Punkte zu stellen, sagte sie kommt morgens. Ich bin ein Diamant-Mitglied und fragte über das kostenlose WiFi. Die Frauen sagten, sie hätte es nie gehört. Nur eine ganze Katastrophe. Hilton muss ihr Spiel in Freeport erhöhen, weil ich nicht zurück zu diesem Ort.

We visited Freeport in 2019 and ate at the Broad Arrow Tavern. We thought if we visited again, we would definitely want to stay at the Inn. We had 3 people in our party, so I booked a townhome. I didn't anticipate the ”townhouses are located toward the back of our property, along a beautiful treelined path” would actually be a steep uneven path my 91 year old father would have to traverse with his walker. We were greeted with a musty smell when we opened the door. There wasn't enough comfortable seating for ”a family”. Two of us sat on the couch and one sat on the desk chair to watch TV together. I can't imagine if we had our whole family with us. I think there is a reason why they didn't post pictures of the townhomes on the website. They are old, small and not well appointed. There is no curtain in the entry window by the door, so there is no privacy for the downstairs. Anyone going by could watch your family without your knowledge. I know because walking by the other townhomes, we could see into everyone that had their lights on. I'm not sure where we were supposed to put the soap for the bathroom sink because there was no soap dish. The bathroom was tiny. There was no dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher and no drying rack for the sink. I can only assume they wanted you to use the dishwasher to store hand washed dishes. They left a large sponge (not sure how old or how clean) to do dishes. There were no regular towels to dry hands or dishes. Paper towels were provided. The refrigerator doesn't have an ice maker. There was one cube of trays half filled, so I can only assume someone else touched that ice cube tray on a previous visit. No decaf coffee was provided. The bed's headboard rocked. We had to put towels across the headboard because it was hitting the wall every time we sat on the bed. The blanket that was on the bed didn't even go across the whole bed as it was one size too small. There were no extra pillows/blankets. It would have been nice to use a blanket while watching TV. I doubt the carpets were vacuumed between guests because I found a piece of broken plastic in the middle of the hallway floor upstairs. I'm glad I saw it because it was sharp and had the diabetic guests cut their foot on it, it could have led to a serious problem. I'm not sure if there is an electrical issue with this townhome, but I will cation future guests when using the plugs. They sparked upstairs and downstairs when I was plugging things in. The place has been partially renovated with new countertops on old cabinets. It appears to be new carpet. There is evidence of pictures that used to hang on the wall but don't any more. I'm not sure why there is a hole in the living room ceiling. There is a chipped mirror and rusted metal in the bathroom, old & scratched furniture, etc. The main bedroom had a broken closet door. Das Gute: Unser Zimmer war früh und der Eincheck war schnell. Alles mit dem Personal, das wir getroffen haben, waren freundlich und das Frühstück war gut. Das Bett und die Kissen waren komfortabel. Toiletten waren gut im Badezimmer gelagert. Gute Lage, um Geschäfte und Restaurants in Freeport zu besuchen. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und wurde oft wieder gelagert. Das Bad: LOUD Verkehr auf der Autobahnseite. Es hat mich am meisten der Nacht aufrecht gehalten und ich bin kein leichter Schlafanzug. Das Hotel sollte Ohrschneider, weiße Lärm oder zumindest eine Warnung über den Lärm bieten. Die Möbel im Zimmer, außer dem Bett, waren alt und dünn. Das Badezimmer brauchte einen Gesichtslift. Keine Menge an Reinigung kann alte Farben auf Wänden, Tuben und Boden zu beheben. Der Innenpool ist klein. Groß für eine Familie zu einem Zeitpunkt (Vielleicht zwei).

Great Hotel! Great friendly staff! Comfortable. Nice room. Great breakfast. Freeport is nice place for tourists. We went see LL Beans stores. Wow! Awesome big place. Great vacation. Also We went Restaurant in Freeport. Can’t remember the name of the restaurant. We stayed one day in Freeport then left headed went to Bar Habor , Maine. Our best vacation!

Das Hotel liegt etwa 20 Minuten von Portland entfernt. Wir bleiben dort eine Nacht, nachdem wir Portland besucht haben. Aufgrund von Covid-19 ist das Hotel sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist in der Tasche. Sie gehen zur Rezeption, um es abzuholen. Ganz einfach, eine Banane und zwei kleine Snacks. Aber im Frühstücksraum bekommt man Kaffee und heißes Wasser.
