JJeffNice für die $$ aber, bei 345am gezogen dieser Truck draußen und aus dem ungutsamen Lärm, es machte, ich war wach von meinem Schlaf, dachte, etwas war bereit, ins Gebäude zu krass. Unnötig zu sagen, ich hatte nicht viel Schlaf nach diesem. Ich habe mich sofort bei dem Nachtpersonal beschwert und er würde nichts dagegen tun oder mir etwas anbieten, weil meine Nacht vom Schlaf ruiniert wird.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel war in Ordnung, aber der Kundenservice fehlte erheblich. Ich konnte keine Handtücher mehr als 2 Stunden an mich bringen. Ich musste den Desk rufen und immer er antwortete und nahm meine Zimmernummer.. nichts. Ich musste nach unten kommen und er ist auf seinem Telefon und Trinkwasser. Erinnerst du dich, ich hatte ein Projekt, das ich arbeitete, so dass ich nicht nach unten gehen konnte. Auch mein Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Hatte einen braunen Farbstoff auf meinem Komforter. Ich sehe jetzt, warum sie niedrig bewertet haben. Sie könnten wirklich ein gutes Hotel sein... einfach die Arbeiter wieder trainieren.

GGastnutzerWe stayed overnight in our way to Florida. The hotel was a little hard to find, but we eventually did (didn't help that there was a monsoon going on at the time!). The room was very spacious, clean, and pleasant. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and everything went very smoothly. Only complaint i have is the noise from the Interstate; i could hear the traffic all night, but, to be fair, the hotel did supply disposable ear plugs. I would stay again.

LLauraThis hotel has a wonderful staff, there is nothing bad to say about the staff, the room was clean, and breakfast was good, location was good as well. Unfortunately, the hotel does need a major remodel. The gym's AC was not working, Ice machine was not working (we were offered to ask front desk for ice to accommodate the inconvenience though). There is an inside pool but the pool is not heated, so water was very cold (kids couldn't stay in the water because of shivering). I just don't think that it's worth the $150 or a 5 star review :-(

GGastnutzerDie Zimmer waren sauber, nur ein wenig durchschnittlich/veraltet im Vergleich zur neuen Lobby. Die Betten sind fest, aber komfortabel. Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Es ist etwa eine 20-minütige Fahrt in die Stadt abhängig vom Verkehr, aber für den Preis des Zimmers hat es sich für uns gelohnt, da wir sowieso ein Auto gemietet haben. Parkplatz war auch kostenlos zu nutzen. Habe die Pools nicht genutzt und beschlossen, das Restaurant weiterzugeben, so kann man nicht über diese sprechen. Das Personal war jedoch erstaunlich, vor allem Tonya! So süß und freundlich. Montana war auch sehr einladend.

GGastnutzerThe customer service was excellent—I especially appreciated the youngest gentleman on the team. He is doing an outstanding job and truly understands how to interact with customers. His approachable and attentive manner draws people in and makes them feel welcome. He listens carefully, humbly asks about your needs, and genuinely takes care to ensure a positive experience. Because of his exceptional service, I would highly recommend this place to others. I would rate his service as A++.

GGuest UserFrühstück ist Kaffee, etwas Brot, Kekse und etwas Obst, kein Zustellbett, ein Schlafsofa bietet Platz für drei Personen, die Lage des Hotels ist gut, es gibt Drogerien, Snackbars, kostenlose Parkplätze. Im Grunde ist es ein inländisches Schnellhotel-Niveau.

LlavoneWe arrived to Hotel, and the front desk was not the most pleasant, we had to pay 100 dollar deposit, the hotel, was clean but needs a lot of updating, we had 2 pillows for each bed that were flat, and we had to go out and buy pillows, we were left 1 washcloth for 4 guest per night. We were not given any direction as to where ice machine was, no map as to where anything was, so we didn’t get ice for our stay period, we chose not to go for breakfast so we are not sure what that consist of, second night bedsheets had burn places in them, like someone had been smoking and dropped the cigarette. This will be our last and only stay at this Super 8, for sure. So disappointed in this Super 8?
