I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly dazzled me with its stunning aesthetics at the lobby and incredible amenities. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s beautiful entrance and lobby and meticulously clean environment. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into maintaining this lobby. One of the standout features of this hotel is their family-friendly policy of ”kids eat free.” This not only adds great value for families traveling with children but also makes dining more enjoyable without the added stress of budgeting for meals. It was delightful to see kids savoring their meals with smiles and laughter filling the dining area—a testament to the welcoming atmosphere the hotel fosters. The pool area is nothing short of breathtaking. The stunning design incorporates lush landscaping, providing a serene oasis for relaxation. Even more impressive is the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool. It sparkles in the sunlight, inviting guests to take a refreshing dip or lounge poolside with a drink in hand. This meticulous attention to detail elevates the overall experience and sets a positive tone for the entire stay. However, I must mention that while the hotel’s public areas and amenities are fantastic, the rooms themselves are somewhat outdated. Although they provide the necessities and comfort for a good night's sleep, the decor and furnishings could use an upgrade to match the hotel’s otherwise stunning aesthetic. Nevertheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. After all, when you're surrounded by such beauty and comfort in other areas, it’s easy to overlook the room's shortcomings. In conclusion, this hotel is a gorgeous retreat that excels in providing top-notch amenities, such as kid-friendly dining options and a beautiful pool area. While there’s room for improvement in room decor, the overall experience remains delightful and fulfilling. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and vacationers looking for a blend of relaxation and fun! Lastly, parking and shuttle to theme parks were complimentary! It’s a 4 stars for me!

Das Servicepersonal war wirklich süß, und der Shuttle nach/von Disney war gut (also nur 4-5x einen Tag). Liebe, das Gebiet um Knott’s auch zu erkunden. Es wird derzeit renoviert, aber das ist ok Die einzige Frage war, dass mein Mann Nahrungsmittel vergiftet hat von der Eismaschine. Glaubt, die Eismaschine war nicht richtig gereinigt so enttäuscht über das

Naja nur weil das Hotel gerade umgebaut wird oder gerade umgebaut wird, was mir auch nicht gefällt ist, dass auch der Parkplatz umgebaut wird und aus offensichtlichen Gründen nicht alle Schubladen vorhanden sind und auf jeden Fall die gleichen Kosten pro Nacht berechnet werden

Enttäuscht über unser Zimmer. Wir waren im unterbauten Bereich in der Rückseite gelegen. Es fühlte sich, dass wir in einem einsamen Einzug in der Gegend, wo niemand um uns war, weil die Zimmer um uns herum renoviert wurden.Verriegeln auf der Tür war gebrochen und musste den Vordertisch notifiziert werden. Anfrage nach einem anderen Zimmer, aber wegen keinem zusätzlichen Zimmer verfügbar wurde abgelehnt. Nicht genug Waschkleidung, um eine Dusche zu nehmen. Niedriger Platz, aber mit dem Ergebnis nicht zufrieden.

Es war ein schönes Hotel, aber der Spaziergang war nicht sehr gut

Lage des Hotels war perfekt. in der Nähe einiger Restaurants, Geschäfte und Einkaufszentren. Es neben der Autobahn zu haben, war ein Kinderspiel, das Hotel zu verlassen und zurück zu kommen. Die Fernseher im Zimmer waren jedoch weder mit HDMI verbunden noch hatten sie einen oder mehrere HDMI-Anschlüsse.

Sauber und komfortabel. In der Nähe von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Housekeeping leistet gute Arbeit, um die Zimmer sauber zu halten. Kein Zigarettenrauch riecht“ wie an manchen anderen Orten. Ich liebe es, hier zu bleiben!
