The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

Schönes Hotel für den Preis! Aufzugswartung und rissige Duschwände, aber insgesamt anständiges Zimmer und Aufenthalt. Personal war nett! Immer noch mit Grab & Go-Frühstück.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Der Schlüssel zum Zimmer ist immer noch gut.

The hotel was average. Older so the bathroom shower and floor is stained and gross. There was so paper trash in the one corner. Sofa had stains on it and a tear. No I go on how to use the tv. Staff was nice. Breakfast was fine too.

Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel und ist relativ entspannt. Andere Einrichtungen sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück ist sehr teuer. Das Zimmer hat keinen seltsamen Geruch und die Umgebung ist relativ ruhig. Sehr nahe vom Ladengeschäft

Rein, guter Personal, nahe der Autobahn, ruhiges Hotel, nahe den guten Restaurants und direkt neben einem Mall.

Bed was very comfy and I had a good nights sleep. Room was clean and everything worked. Couldn’t fault it really price was reasonable and parking was outside the door. We were passing through the area so for a one nights stay it was very good.
