IIgor KhoroshevWe have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

GGastnutzerGreat staff. Be careful, the hotel isn't near the bus station (a new bus station was built two years ago a few kilometers away and the previous one is no longer operating). It is a okay hotel but the details are not taken care of. Acoustic isolation is very poor and in the night I was woken up by the noise of... the elevator. What can I say... The door is too small for the frame. You can see the corridor under it and there also goes the noise through.

GGastnutzerThe Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy.
Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved.
The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles.
The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

GGastnutzerFriendlich hilfreiches Personal. Sauber und geräumig Zimmer mit komfortablem Bett und Klimaanlage. Sehr schöne Dusche. Gutes Frühstück. Das wichtigste, was bemerkt werden muss, ist, dass das Hotel durch Mechanik umgeben ist und bei der Arbeit an Fahrzeugen geräuschlich sein kann. Es ist weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber zu Fuß zu Busstation und Einkaufszentrum. Die Wände sind dünn und können alles hören.

GGastnutzerThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

AAyooshInsgesamt hatte mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel seine Höhen und Unterkünfte. Die Person am Park war unglaublich hilfreich und kümmerte sich um mein Auto, was ein positiver Start war. Der Rezeptor hatte jedoch ein wenig kalter Eindruck, wenngleich potenziell kultureller, aber das Fehlen eines Lächelns. Einchecken war effizient und Zimmer 206 war sauber, aber es war enttäuschend, keine Kehle oder Eisen zu haben. Auf der hellen Seite funktionierte die Klimaanlage gut. Der Duschekopf kann verbessert werden, wie es mir nicht gefällt. Zusätzlich war die Bereitstellung nur eines großen und eines kleinen Handtuchs etwas minimal.
Auf einer positiven Note war die Lage des Hotels bequem, mit Geschäften in der Nähe von Fußgängern. Check-out war einfach, einfach den Schlüssel an den Empfänger übergeben. Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass einige positive Aspekte, aber einige Verbesserungen in der Ausstattung und der Service-Einstellung die allgemeine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel verbessern könnten.
