Hallo, ich möchte meine Erfahrungen offenlegen und mit allen teilen.Das Hotel hier ist schön und sauber und der Service übertrifft alle Erwartungen.Alle Dienstleistungen und Einrichtungen entsprechen der Werbung.Private Lage mit wunderschönem Strand.Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und nett und während des gesamten Aufenthalts immer hilfsbereit.Und ich möchte allen Mitarbeitern dieses Hotels ein Lob für ihre Teamarbeit und Freundlichkeit aussprechen.Und noch etwas hat mich sehr beeindruckt: der Restaurantbereich am Morgen. Dort gibt es eine Frau namens kan und ihr Team, alle bieten einen sehr guten Service.Ich weiß nicht, wie ich es erklären soll, aber es ist ein friedlicher und privater Ort mit einem sauberen Strand und einer großartigen Lage abseits des Rummels von Pattaya..Laden Sie die App herunter und bestellen Sie einfach und günstig einen Shuttle vom Flughafen Bangkok zu Ihrem Hotel. Sie können über die Website oder die App die name onedrive bei handy jemanden finden, den Sie anrufen können. Ich möchte wirklich, dass diese Informationen für alle nützlich sind. 🙂🤟🙏🏻😊

Tolle Lage, schöne Unterkunft. Vielen Dank für den Kuchen und die Getränke zum Geburtstag. Der Service lässt an einigen Stellen zu wünschen übrig, zum Beispiel beim Empfang. Die Aktivität „Mud Lounge 'Paint Yourself Pure'“ bestand lediglich darin, Peeling und Schlamm mit aufs Zimmer zu nehmen, anstatt sie vor Ort anzuwenden. Das lag daran, dass bei der Buchung keine passende Uhrzeit für den Ort mit starker Sonneneinstrahlung kommuniziert wurde, was schade ist. Beim Frühstück fand ich Insekten im Essen, und die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte in drei Nächten nur zweimal. Das Fußhandtuch wurde mit den Haarhandtüchern zusammengelegt.

1 Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abgelegen, obwohl es in der Nähe des Jomtien-Strandes liegt, und es gibt keine Geschäfte. Zum Essen braucht man etwa 10 Minuten Strand. 2 Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, vor allem die Lobby ist sehr gestaltet. Es handelt sich um ein Hochhaus-Hauptgebäude. Vor dem Hauptgebäude befinden sich zwei rechteckige Infinity-Pools (zwei oben und unten). Es gibt 3-stöckige niedrige Gebäude. Im ersten Stock gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Schwimmbad. Ein besonderes Lob verdient das Schwimmbad, es ist sehr beeindruckend. 3 Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Strand, aber das Meer in Pattaya selbst ist sehr schmutzig und der Sand am Strand ist sehr grob. Schauen Sie einfach mal ins Meer Gehen Sie im Meer zu einer ernsthaften Insel. Dann gibt es am Strand einige Liegestühle, Hängematten und Schaukeln, wo man Fotos machen kann 4 Das Hotel verfügt über zwei Restaurants. Es scheint in Ordnung zu sein, am letzten Tag etwas zu Mittag zu essen. Wenn Sie jedoch die Voraussetzungen dafür haben, können Sie zum Abendessen gehen dort um zehn Uhr bei Sonnenuntergang. Sie können den Standort auf der Klippe im Voraus ausfindig machen. Der Geschmack und die Landschaft sind beide gut. In Jomtien gibt es ein großes Krabbenrestaurant (Pupen Seafood Restaurant), das auch gut ist, aber es sind viele Leute da und man muss anstehen. Die meisten thailändischen Restaurants haben draußen keine Klimaanlage und es ist sehr heiß. 5 Die Hotelzimmer waren in Ordnung. Mit dem ersten Zimmer war etwas nicht in Ordnung. Wir haben es dann gegen ein anderes ausgetauscht 1. Es war eine kleine Episode, aber das Hotel hat sie auch gelöst.

Vor dem Einchecken habe ich einen Hinweis auf meine Hochzeitsreise ohne Vereinbarungen gemacht und habe nicht die heißen Obst in der Nacht geliefert. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, und das Frühstück war ein bisschen bewölkt. Die Platten des Mangosteens in der Obstfläche wurden entfernt, aber sie wurden durch Oranges ersetzt. Ich verstehe nicht, warum selbst ein so großes Hotel Mangosteen nicht bedienen kann? Die rückwärtsliegende Flüssigkeit des Moskito im Zimmer war nicht gefüllt, und ich blieb in zwei Zimmern für 4 aufeinanderfolgende Nächte ohne meine Pyjamas zu ändern. Auch wenn es nass auf dem Tisch war, war ich enttäuscht. Das Badezimmer riecht immer von Abwasser, und beide Zimmer waren mit ihm gefüllt. Der Kellner am Eingang war immer sehr enthusiastisch und lobend!

Mein erster Besuch war absolut gelungen! Ich war richtig beeindruckt. Die Unterkunft und das Personal waren hervorragend. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich die Gelegenheit habe, wieder zu reisen. 🥰

Das Hotel ist ein schönes neues Renovierungshotel. Nahe der Hauptstraße. Nahe 7-11 .Am Abend und am Morgen haben Sie Straßenfutter um. Frühstück auch schön, ich liebe es. Die Dame im Frühstück sehr schön. (Die Tante im Frühstücksabteilung sorgt sich gut für sie) Der Pool ist nicht groß, sondern gut. Gymnastik schließen. Loundry Machine schließen direkt vor dem Hotel.

Als ich mit Freunden unterwegs war, war es im Großen und Ganzen ziemlich gut. Die Lage erinnert ein wenig an ein Dorf. Das Gesamterlebnis ist ziemlich gut. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. Die Räume sind miteinander verbunden und mehrere Freunde können sich unterhalten und zu Abend essen.

The hotel atmoshere and interior are very good which had nothing to complain but the staff needed lots more too improve, so unprofessional handling. First ,we booked 4 bedrooms in connected 2 villas and arrived hotel around 3.05 pm which we are not supposed to wait for the room as it was already late afternoon but we had to wait for almost one and a half hour to get into our pool villas. Somemore we had to wait for almost half an hour to get just a glass of easy welcome drinks while you had so many staffs walking around small reception area and lots of guests sitting and waiting for their rooms and drinks. Secondly we went out to find some dinner later but we were not sure that in room had any dishs or any kitchen eqipments for us to use so we called the hotel staff to ask if any kitchenware in room available to use and told staff that we were outside hotel. The staff kept calling me few times to check my name and room to see if we could use their kitchen equip. For these common equip the staff should had info in their knowledge of work place to reply and know need to call few time to confirm customer name to check if they can use dishes in room. Last but not least , before checked out we were told that every room had the premium coffee sachets which would be charged if consumed but we didn't have these coffee from beginning which end up the staffs just found out that hotel itself had run out of stocks and didn't put them for guest inroom. Somemore we booked the yatch to go island at 9 am and we called reception about 8.30 am that we wanted to check out and asked to send housekeeping to check our room quickly before we checked out but they never come till we had to wait for them checking our rooms till 9.30 am as they couldn't find one coffee mug while we were waiting at reception and one manager had to go to help checking too. End up the staff wanted us to go back to room to help them searching for one coffee mug which finally they themselve found at pool area. Within half an hour and many staffs searching for one mug, we thought that if you couldn't find in house you must find out in any area that guests could spend inside the villa as we confirmed that nothing were broken or were taked by us. But not asked us to go back to help housekeeping staff and manager searching a coffee mug. These were rediculous that we never had before in any resort or hotel. We were experienced such an unprofessional and such a messy staffs handling without good communication among themselves. With these hi end hotel with high prices , it was not supposed to give any excuses for any rubbished service like low cost resort at all. Btw , we were given one BD cake from night shift staff who picked up the phone from us to borrow BD candle. We really appreciated these initiative and thoughtful from her. Thanks for your concern.

This hotel might well have been a nice place when it was built last century but now it is in a desperate need of renovation, refurbishment or at least a good clean. The location is interesting, quite close to the beach and a small lively area with restaurants and massage shops, but unfortunately is located in a dark side street with lots of ferial soi dogs, and it seems that a few of these soi dogs actual live in the hotel. So if you don't like dogs better to give this place a miss. The general atmosphere is of a nursing home for poor foreigners, i am 63 years old at the time of writing this review and I personally felt like a teenager compared to the other hotel guests. The room had quite a nasty smell when I first entered, but fortunately dissipated after leaving the balcony door open for a few days. Bedroom furniture was probably from when the hotel was built, it is really showing it's age and compared with other hotels in the same area and price range is really not good enough. One evening around midnight, 2 men burst into my room. I honestly thought I was going to get robbed, but it turned out to be one of the hotel owners and a drunk German guest. The following day I enquired at the reception what happened, it seemed that the drunk German had told the hotel owner that my room was his. How can you open someone's room without first checking that details of the room's occupant first. I found this to be quite shocking, nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Next up, this hotel has an outrageous policy about blood stains on the bed clothes, I have been fined 1000 Baht / 30 USD for a thumb print sized blood stain. And 1700 Baht for a small stain on the bed clothes and a very small one on the pillow case. If I had permanently damaged the bed clothes I would be happy to cover the replacement costs, but these costs to remove small blood stains on old bed sheets is disgraceful. I hate to think what would happen if a lady has a problem during her menstual period. This hotel also has a ridiculous amount of rules and penalties with sign posted all over the hotel. They say this is a resort, but I feel this is far from the truth. It just a hotel with a pool and a restaurant and a bar. No more services. Not a resort, just the last resort The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is if all the hotels in a 100 km radius are full and then I would be very wary of coming here again.
