The hotel is really great - very nice grounds with a pool, cafe and a small animal farm. Everything looks very nice, like I was living in a dollhouse 🥰 The rooms are simple and comfortable, I was very comfortable. The owner and hotel staff are very friendly: when I arrived late, they took me to a nearby cafe and then came back for me. Breakfast was included in the price; I chose the English breakfast - it was quite good. There is a beautiful park nearby, lots of coffee shops and restaurants. My only regret is that I didn't spend much time there. Thank you for your hospitality, will definitely come back again 🫶🏻

Der Service in diesem Hotel ist wirklich tadellos! Es ist so herzerwärmend! Zurück ins Hotel, weil es zu spät war! Noch nichts gegessen! Reagieren Sie an der Rezeption! Sie haben uns kostenlos ein Auto zum Essen geschickt! Nach dem Abendessen holten sie uns dann vom Hotel ab und brachten uns zurück! Mittendrin fiel mein Handy in den Straßengraben! Die Rezeption war sofort vor Ort, um beim Abholen zu helfen! Und der Fahrer war auch sehr hilfreich bei der Beschaffung! Ich bin wirklich sehr dankbar! Die Serviceeinstellung des Personals ist wirklich tadellos! wunderbar Obwohl das Hotel nicht so luxuriös ist wie ein großes Resort! Aber es kann als Wunderland-Geschmack betrachtet werden! Es hat etwas so Beruhigendes, überall Pflanzen zu haben! Obwohl die Wasserqualität etwas schlecht ist! Aber der Standort ist doch relativ abgelegen! Es ist also immer noch akzeptabel! Das Frühstück war ok! Es hat definitiv alles, was es braucht! Dieses Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Reitmöglichkeiten und der Nachtsafari! Grundsätzlich dauert es mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten! Aber es ist weit weg von der Stadt! Aber mit dem Auto sind es etwas mehr als 20 Minuten!

A fantastic lodge hotel, set in peaceful tranquil surroundings on the hillside off the main road of the Mae Rim-Sameong Loop. The staff were fantastic and helpful, helping to organise transport and a daytrip van with driver, as well as ordering dinner from local restaurants. We used the 3 bed villa and it was perfect for our family, although a TV upgrade so we can use the smart services(Netflix) would be perfect for relaxing in the evening especially with kids, and a microwave to heat the take away meals ordered. The grounds and gardens are delightful, as are the big glass windows in the bedrooms which look out onto the gardens. The breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked and delicious, made to order at a chosen time, so a lie in doesn't affect getting a decent breakfast like it does in buffet hotels. The one thing that would make this hotel perfect and probably 5 star, would be a lovely swimming pool.

Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertungen, wenn ich reise, aber letzte Woche habe ich dieses Hotel für meine Mutter und ihre Freunde reserviert. Es gab eine kleine Frage bei der Ankunft, aber das Hotel hat es sehr gut durch die Verbesserung des Zimmers gehandelt. Ich war auch sehr beeindruckt von der Reinigung. Die Bettwäsche und Kissen riechen frisch und sauber, so dass der Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel und entspannt. Das Frühstück war lecker, vor allem die Pfanne, die ausgezeichnet waren. Ich möchte Ihnen Trip.com und dem Hotelpersonal für die professionelle Lösung des Problems und für die Umwandlung in eine wirklich positive und erinnerebare Erfahrung danken.

It was a quiet place to spend some time away from the town. There is a good Italian restaurant nearby, from which we ordered delivery for dinner. The room had a nice garden space so we wanted to eat in the room.　The bathroom and the garden space are my favorites.I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is on the hill side far from the old city so can’t expect it to be surrounded bustling shops or restaurants and convenience stores.  Can take grab car to nearby restaurants though.  Breakfast and the afternoon tea set weren’t bad given the hotel is on the hill side.  We were probably the only family staying in the resort at that time so we had the entire beautiful pool to ourselves. The environment was so chill and nice.  The pool is jus next to the room.  The plants and trees in the hotel were beautifully planted.  Staff were very helpful and the hotel offers free shuttle from airport and to the nearby convenience store (need advance booking one day prior)

Ein großes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Wohnzimmern, zwei Badezimmern und eine Küche, wie in den Fotos gezeigt. Das Wifi-Signal ist gut, willkommenes Wasser und Snacks sind zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Besitzer hält das Haus gut und sauber. Es gibt auch eine Mahlzeit jeden Tag, und Sie können die Lieferzeit zwischen 10:00 und 17:00 wählen. Der Curry-Hühner ist lecker. Die Parkplätze können zwei Autos parken, und alles ist perfekt, außer dass es ein bisschen von der alten Stadt entfernt ist, so ist es am besten zu fahren, sonst wird der Taxipreis teuer. Die Gemeinschaft ist sehr ruhig und sicher. Es gibt einen kleinen Gemüsegeschäft innerhalb von drei Minuten zu Fuß, wo Sie Getränke, Eier, Brot etc. kaufen können. Wir haben sieben freiwillige und angenehme Tage verbracht, danke Suna Office für alles!

Wunderbarer Manager. Vor kurzem renoviert. Sehr freundlich und willkommen. Sehr grüner. Sehr schöne Holzschnitzel auf Balkonen. (Es fühlte sich ruhig. Ich habe mich nicht gekümmert, die gelegentlichen Flugzeuge überhaupt fliegen.) Lage hängt von dem ab, was Sie suchen.

The hotel probably knew better days before COVID, and it is in need of some polishing. At the same time, I had a very pleasant stay: they provide free bicycles, the room is clean, rustic, and atmospheric. There is a road curving around the hotel but at least from where my house was located, I could not really hear any traffic. The village is very local, with great little eateries that serve delicious cheap meals. The Viewpoint in the 6fh floor of the main building indeed has a great view! Lady at the reception can speak a little English, and she helped me to arrange a taxi to the airport.
