Das Hotel sollte in der Nähe der alten Stadt sein. Die Tür des Geschäftes ist sehr klein und leicht zu ignorieren. Die Tür ist zu schwach. Es gibt viele Indianer in den Philippinen, besonders kompliziert.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, der arabische Stil ist hauptsächlich, und Brot, der Service ist auch sehr gut, es gibt nichts zu essen um hier herum, arabisches Essen ist gut.

I was disappointed with the room assigned to me because the water heater was not working. I reported the issue to the reception, and a staff member came to inspect it. He informed me that the hotel electrician was not available at that time and that the issue would be fixed the following morning. I explained that I needed hot water for a shower, and he said he would check with the receptionist—but he never returned. I called the reception again to follow up, and the receptionist told me that the staff member had reported the issue as resolved, which was not true. The receptionist then offered to transfer me to another room. I agreed because I needed to take a shower. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and lacked some basic facilities. I called the reception once more to request a floor towel, but I was told that none were available at the moment due to certain reasons. Overall, the experience was very inconvenient.

This is my first time in Tabuk therefore I can't compare Mena Hotel with other hotels in Tabuk City. As a solo traveller, I truly enjoy staying in this Hotel. All I need are available though the bathroom is a bit small but still ok for me. Since Tabuk is not a big city, staying in this Hotel consider strategic and you can easily go anywhere around the city. The are two mosques near to the hotel and retail shop ,(bakala) located right in front of the hotel. In conclusion, I can say this hotel is one of the best hotel to stay in Tabuk City.

Es ist bequem umher zu essen.

The issue I had with the hotel is that they didn’t receive the booking from Trip.com and the team pf trip.com solved the issue. Hopefully this will not happen again. The hotel was average especially since the reason of the trip is to attend the funeral

Die Wäsche ist von weiß bis gelb, das gesamte Hotel ist sterbend und die Toilette ist sehr schwer.
