MM299968****Dieses Hotel ist fantastisch! Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit optimaler Verkehrsanbindung, in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station und beliebter Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, die Betten komfortabel, die Ausstattung komplett und das WLAN schnell. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der Check-in und Check-out verlaufen sehr unkompliziert. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und schmeckt hervorragend. Es bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen! Absolut empfehlenswert für alle Reisenden!

GGastnutzerI recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.
The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality.
The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient.
I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Freundliches Personal, das mir während meines Aufenthalts kostenlose Getränke/Essen aus der Minibar anbot. Wunderschöner Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad und Kaltbad im Keller, das ich morgens genutzt habe. Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen nach Meetings.

Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day.
Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion.
Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available.
Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as:
• Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely
• Providing standard amenities in the rooms
• Making water or tea available in reception
• Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café
The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.

The hotel’s biggest strength is its perfect central location. You are right in the heart of Jeddah, making it easy to explore the city.
Airport Access: King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) is about 20km away, with a taxi fare of approximately 40-50 SAR.
Key Attractions:
· King Fahd Fountain: A major highlight! It is within a comfortable 1km walking distance (note: ignore Google Maps’ longer route suggestion).
· Al Rahmah (Floating) Mosque: About 20km away, a taxi will cost around 30 SAR. And Albalad is at 15 SAR taxi cost.
· Amenities: Numerous shops and eateries are within walking distance, which is very convenient.
· This hotel is with 8 floors, offering a sense of space and avoiding any cramped feeling.
· Rooms are a strong point, thoughtfully furnished with everything a traveler needs: a comfortable bed, TV, efficient AC, fridge, hairdryer, iron, ample cupboard space, and quality toiletries (shampoo, towels).
· Daily cleaning service is provided and reliable.
· On-Request Items: The staff is happy to provide extras like a tea kettle upon request.
Exceptional Service: This is where the hotel truly excels. A special mention must be made for Mr. Kamal Uddian from room service.
· He is highlighted as ”really great” – energetic, soft-spoken, and incredibly helpful.
· His ability to speak Hindi is a major plus for Indian subcontinent travelers.
· He goes above and beyond to assist with arranging food, cabs, or any other requests, making guests feel well-supported.
The hotel does not have its own restaurant or room service for food. However, this is easily compensated for by the plethora of nearby walkable food shops and restaurants.
Highly recommended for business travelers, tourists, and pilgrimage visitors (Umrah) looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base in Jeddah. The mcombination of location, room amenities, and Kamal's exemplary service makes for a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. Just be prepared to explore the local area for your meals.

GGastnutzerObwohl ich das nicht erwartet hatte, aber das Essen ist erstaunlich und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber mit vielen Handtüchern. Das Badezimmer hat eine tolle Endpunkte und das Zimmer ist geräumig. Die einzige Nebenwirkung ist, dass der Pool nicht funktionierte, als ich kam. Aber alles andere war fantastisch.
