The hotel provided an excellent experience during our first trip to Palau. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Its location in the city center was extremely convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, so we never had to worry about transportation or finding good food. What truly stood out, however, was the front desk staff-Yssa . They were polite, approachable, and genuinely warm in their interactions. Their professionalism was matched by their friendliness, and they went out of their way to assist us whenever we needed help. It is rare to encounter employees who combine beauty, kindness, and dedication so seamlessly, and their presence added a special charm to our stay. Thanks to their thoughtful service, our journey was not only smooth but also filled with delightful moments. They made us feel welcome from the very beginning and ensured that our needs were met with care and efficiency. This level of hospitality is hard to find and deserves recognition. Overall, the hotel offered both comfort and heartfelt service, making our Palau adventure even more memorable.

突然の飛行機の欠航にもリアルタイムでメッセージをくれて親切に対応してくださいました。レストランも周りにたくさんありますが、共用キッチンがありなんでも揃っているので食材を買い込んで自炊も可能です。すぐ外には風通しの良い場所でダイビング器材等を乾かす事ができ、屋根付きなので突然の雨を心配無用で置いておく事ができ助かりました。パラオにまた来る際は必ずこちらにお世話になりたいし、友人にも勧めたいと思います。
