Schön 2 Nächte insgesamt bleiben. Die einzige Trauer war, dass das Wasser nicht heiß genug war und der Wasserdruck zu niedrig war. Ich habe das Problem nicht an die Mitarbeiter Cuz berichtet, ich war so müde, wenn ich nachts wiederkomm. Aber dieses Problem muss aufmerksam gemacht werden, wenn Sie planen, zu buchen.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist gut und alles war so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen und wiederkommen.

Great place to stay in Dumaguete, the hotel has a car park, a pool, and breakfast buffet is also offered. The buffet, although not much in variety, is tasty though. The hotel is also close to some popular restaurants like Lantaw, Sans Rival, Neva’s Pizza and Cafe Racer although its location is somewhat far to the city center.

Das Zimmer war ok, aber es gibt kleinere Probleme, die für Unbehagen sorgen könnten. 1. Der Aufzug funktionierte nicht, als wir ankamen, also gingen wir mit unseren Taschen/Gepäckstücken zu Fuß in den 5. Stock, 2. das Schloss des Badezimmers ist irgendwie nicht gewartet, 3. die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher funktionierte nicht und ich bat darum, uns mit der Fernbedienung zu helfen, aber niemand kam, um mir zu helfen. Außerdem hoffe ich, dass es 2 Kissen pro Person für zusätzlichen Komfort gibt.

Amenities: The elevator made it easier for seniors to go up and down. Spacious family room and spacious toilet and bath. Hot water was working. The water flow was steady and stable. Hot and cold water dispensers on every floor. Restaurant on the first floor. However, we were not able to avail our complimentary breakfast because we had to leave at 6 am to catch an early ferry to Siquijor. Breakfast is served at 7am. I wish they could make it earlier and they could serve take-aways or packed breakfast. Service: Friendly and helpful staff. They helped us flag down a tricycle to the seaport. I left my ID at the reception in haste as I checked out to catch the early ferry to Siquijor. The staff called to inform me of my ID card. I picked it up per instruction without any hassle. The receptionist and the security guard helped me open a medical syrup using a kitchen knife. Fast check-in and check-out. Cleanliness: Our room, toilet and bath were clean and so were the common spaces. But I was disgusted to see a roach inside the thermos.

Ihr kostenloses Frühstück ist das Beste, das ist alles, was ich sagen kann. Haha. Ich habe mein Nackenkissen hier vergessen, aber ich habe es zurückbekommen, nachdem wir in Siquijor angekommen waren. Das Personal ist auch sehr zuvorkommend und lächelt. Vielen Dank euch allen. Weiter so. Zum Zimmer, nur ein wenig. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, da wir frühmorgens nach Siquijor mussten. Danke schön.

This was my first stay here, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect right by the beach, quiet, and very relaxing. Plus, meeting 'Sausage' the dog was a highlight! However, I am very disappointed with the booking management. My first booking was canceled even though rooms showed as available, forcing me to rebook a different category and wait for a refund. Later, I tried to extend my stay for another 3 nights, but that was canceled as well. It’s a shame because I love the place, but the unreliable system makes me hesitant to book again. I highly suggest the hotel syncs their real-time availability to prevent these frustrating cancellations.

Kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer und oder der Lobby auf der Rezeption, nahe am kaufen Ort war 3 Blocks entfernt , wenn der Rezeptionist keine Pflege Haltung sehr schlechte schlechte Kundenservice , so ein Trauer, wie das Zimmer sehr gut für PH-Standards und Preisbereich

The place is quiet, good for people who like relaxation in a tranquil environment. The room is okay, I got a small ne but it was enough for me since I came as a solo. However, I don‘t understand why it was so hard to hail a tricycle going to this place, no matter how near it actually is. Even the tricycles from there won‘t pick you up even when it‘s not yet fully occupied. So far my stay was good. I was able to work in my room, I just wished they have something like a study table where guests who needs to work remotely can work. Also, it would be nice if you know how to drive a motorbike and hold a driver‘s license. Cause going to the places there back in forth can be really hard when commuting only, unlike when you can rent a motorbike, you can go anywhere, anytime without a hassle.
