1000% great staff ! Little bit of a logistical nightmare but overall the rooms very nice but if you require a smart tv book the highest room available and if not kind of out of luck . The staff did eventually make things right but the bedroom still did not have smart tv to be viewed from the bed . Overall good hotel just check rooms befor booking .

Ich habe für eine Nacht für meine Familie und Familie, die insgesamt 20 Personen bezahlt. Vor unserem Aufenthalt versuchte ich, das Hotel über E-Mail, Telefongespräche und eine Drittbuchungsapp zu erreichen, aber ich konnte keine Antworten erhalten. Ich erhielt nur eine automatische Antwort, die sagte, sie seien nicht verfügbar und schlug vor, ich versuche später noch einmal. Am Tag unseres Einchecks rief ich das Hotel um 2 Uhr an, um unsere spät ankommende Bestätigung zu bescheinigen, da wir eine Tagestour planen. Danke, sie antworteten und nahmen unsere spät an. Als wir um 6 oder 7 Uhr angekommen waren, ging alles reibungslos, und sie ließen uns auf dem gleichen Stock, was großartig war! Das Hotel verfügte über grundlegende Einrichtungen, aber wir bemerkten, dass es keine Flaschen Wasser in den Zimmern gab. Einige Verwandte waren unbehaglich mit dem Wasserdispenser außerhalb der Zimmer, was es etwas ungünstig machte. Wir verstehen die Bemühungen des Hotels, Kunststoffabfälle zu verringern, aber es wäre schön gewesen, wenn sie stattdessen wiederverwendbare Glasflaschen hätten gegeben. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Jeder hatte eine gute Nachtsleebe, und am nächsten Tag genossen wir den sauberen Pool, mit Personal zur Verfügung, um uns zu helfen. Die Hotelzimmer waren gemütlich und gut gepflegt.

We stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated. They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay. Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.

Nice and very accommodating staff. Clean place - lobby, hallways, room, bed, bathroom. A bit far from convenience stores and restaurants, but there is a mall nearby. Hotel is safe and quiet enough to get some good rest.

2 days kami nag accomodate, ito lang po ang napansin namin: 1. 2 days kami nawalan ng tubig tuwing umaga, kaya doon kami sa public c.r na medyo malayo sa room namin. (Super hassle) 2. Ang C.R ay bumabaha 3. Super lamig ng tubig, yung heater ay design lang pero walang silbi. 4. Ang breakfast ay mamantika (delikado sa mga may highblood at mataas ang cholesterol.) Ang mga food din ay pabalik balik lang ang putahe. Kung ano ang ulam kagabi, yun din ang ulam sa susunod na gabi. Walaan lang bagong putahe. Suggestion: sana iba-ibahin naman para hindi nakakasawa..

Tolle Zimmer mit viel Platz. Sehr sauber und ein bequemes Bett. Einkaufszentrum und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Conveniently located near Ceres bus station. Room is big enough to accomodate 2 persons and some luggage. Bathroom needs to be constantly ventilated though to avoid accumulation of molds.

Overall, the place was good and provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. The host or staff were also accommodating, which made the overall experience positive.However, the cleanliness of the place could be improved. Some areas did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and there were a few details that needed more attention before guests arrived. A cleaner room and better overall maintenance would have made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Despite this, the place still has good potential, and I believe the experience would be significantly better with more consistent and thorough cleaning.

We stayed only for one night and were happy there. The inn is close to the mall. You can park your car for free in front of the house. Breakfast provided was great. AC & hot water worked properly. Room is spacious. Minus point would be the mosquitos in the room, but they weren't that much. Could still sleep good.
