We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Ich habe im neuen Gebäude übernachtet und das Zimmer war so süß, geräumig und einfach fantastisch! Alle Angestellten waren unglaublich freundlich und ich würde sehr gerne wieder dort übernachten (^^). Der abendliche Aufdeckservice war ebenfalls wunderbar. Außerdem gibt es morgens Brot und Getränke, mittags leichte Snacks wie Käse und Oliven und abends Wein – alles direkt neben der Rezeption, sodass die Gäste ihre Mahlzeiten ganz nach Belieben genießen können. ♩ Die Lage ist auch perfekt, da das Hotel ebenerdig liegt und weniger als 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist (^^).

The room was very spacious and offered a nice view, which was a highlight of the stay. Free parking was also convenient for guests travelling by car. However, the property feels quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with some areas not as well maintained as they should be. Another downside was the shower pressure, which was very weak and made showering less enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of Queenstown City Centre, but the walk is a bit longer than expected, especially when returning uphill.

Room was bit smaller than expected. Location is good near to airport. Housekeeping didn't done vaccum everyday. And only thing i don't like in room was iron pillars which goes side way and cover all mountain view and as we had one year old one he got hit alot of times on that iron pillar. If u look money vise it perfect stay

This is my first time staying at a hostel as I always stay in hotels when I travel but NZ is way out of my budget to get a hotel for 8 days of stay. I am surprised that there is free basic spices if you opt to cook and you should to save money and they also have free spread for your sandwiches you can use and free coffee. Free bodywash by the hostel and you can also use the conditioner and other shampoos that other guests left when they check-out for fr e. They also have charger you can borrow. The 4square grocery is very close like 2-3 min walking distance and other restaurants. I have 8 days so I am staying here in Haka house Queenstown, the on in mount cook ( which doesn’t have all these free spices and I think because how far grocery store is) and my last remaining days I will try Haka by the lake front. I don’t have hostel pics so sharing with you my view from Queenstown Hill viewpoint.

View was more than spectacular..recommend booking a lake view room, was able to sleep with the window open and the view of the lake all day and night was breathtaking.. food in restaurant so/so, easy walk into town to find everything you need

Das Hostel liegt etwas außerhalb, verglichen mit den anderen, man ist jedoch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt. Das Bad und die Küche sind recht ordentlich, es gibt direkt Steckdosen am Bett. Leider gehen die Vorhänge nicht ganz zu. Ich hatte leider keinen schönen Aufenthalt weil einige männergruppen sehr laut nachts geredet haben. Allgemein sind hier eher ältere Leute und vor allem Männer. Als Frau würde ich es daher weniger empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Handtücher kosten $3.

free parking provided, near pak n save just that need drive to city area. but fully furnished with simple cooking equipment, washing machine and dryer. satisfied there is a thai restaurant downstair, food are delicious

Wo ich anfangen - von der Ankunft bis zum Verlassen hatten wir hier den wunderbarsten Aufenthalt. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, das so geräumig war - die Betten waren riesig und es ist gemütlich! Die Blowout-Gärten hatten uns in mehr schlafen, als es sollte’ve 😆 Wir hatten Frühstück mit unserem Aufenthalt und es hat nicht enttäuscht, es gab eine solche Auswahl von Geschmack zu süß und mehr! Liebe es Kaffee und Saft enthalten nur erstaunlich Der Fitnessraum war so gut ausgestattet mlre, als ich erwartet hatte, dass es sich angenehm überrascht und die Ausrüstung war alles bis zum Schrauben und reibungslos arbeiten Der Spa war schön 🤩 Die Sauna war auch gut, aber es war nicht so heiß wie man es normalerweise erwarten würde Es wäre wunderbar, wenn der größere Pool so heiß wäre, dass mehr Ppl zusammen schwimmen könnte, aber es war nicht wie ein kalter Tauch perfekt für diejenigen, die es nach einer Sauna genießen Die Lage ist schön in der Nähe der Stadt ein wenig zu Fuß und Parkplatz war gut bezahlt und einfach genug zu organisieren Vielen Dank für mich und meine Familie Es machte unser Aufenthalt so viel mehr erinnerlich

Der Ankunftsservice ist schlecht, es ist so schwer, Gepäck ohne Hilfe zu bewegen. Sie müssen durch eine Karte schwer zu verstehen und müssen Gepäck zu vielen Schritten und kein Zeichen zum Gebäude und Zimmer. Das Mädchen am Frontdesk mit einer schlechten Service-Einstellung. Sie ignoriert den Antrag meines Partners auf Hilfe mit Gepäck. Mein Partner ist im Korridor verloren und hat mich um Hilfe gebeten. Keiner soll ihre Hilfe sein. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schlechter Check-in-Service.
