Star Hotel Inn Alisa, Muar I had a very pleasant stay at Star Hotel Inn Alisa. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was very clean, well-ventilated, cool, and comfortable, with a warm and homely feeling. The location is very convenient, with many food options nearby. There is a 99 Mini Market right next door, which is very helpful if you forget to bring any personal toiletries or daily necessities. In the evening, the outdoor area is cool and breezy, making it a nice place to sit and relax. At night, the room was quiet and not affected by traffic noise, so I slept very well. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Muar, especially for short stays or visiting family.

Sehr schlechte Soundproofing, kann alle Klang klar hören, Leute reden und gehen draußen, Auto durchlaufen ... Wenn Sie die Schädlingsbekämpfung im Zimmer verbessern, wurde ich von Bettwäsche gebeten. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, located near the sea with fresh air, great for a picnic or just to unwind. The staff were kind and helpful, especially when we had issues with our rooms. The rooms we first received were quite small, and the water stopped running a for a while, but after I reported it, the management quickly changed us to different rooms, which I appreciated. One thing to note is that there’s no on-site restaurant or nearby place to buy food, you’ll need to order online or drive around 10 minutes to get meals. Overall, it’s a nice place for a quiet getaway with friendly service, but the rooms and basic amenities could be improved.

Die Vorfab-Kapsel war komplett und modern. Jede Kapsel hat einen separaten Schließfach. Es gab nicht viele Gäste, so war der Platz ziemlich ruhig. Es gibt ein kleines Pantry mit Mikrowelle, Luftfracht und Wasserdispenser. Bringe Ihren eigenen Kaffee oder Tee. Die Mitarbeiter könnten für die ersten Zeiter eine kleine Erklärung machen.

Stayed here on 13–14 Dec 2025 in the family room. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay for our family. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with enough space for everyone to move around comfortably. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient for getting around Muar and finding food nearby. A good choice for families visiting the area.

Dieser Ort ist so sauber wie es vor etwa 8 Jahren war, als ich besuchte. Halten Sie die tolle Arbeit! Highly recommended for anyone who just needs a place to rest and relax without the bustle of view. And very convenient street food at glutton street and the Bentayan food court nearby. Schließlich, kann ich anstelle von süßen Snacks im Essensraum im Erdgeschoss empfehlen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

Spacious room with a clean bathroom. Shampoo, body wash and toothbrush are provided. This is a river view room and the location is convenient! Around 5 minutes walking distance to Food street Jalan Haji Abu and street art. There is many banks and convenience stall nearby too. No fridge in the room but that fine for me. Staff are friendly and basement parking available but limited spaces, roadside parking is fine. Will come back again, thank you!

Alles war gut und bewältigt Erwartung

Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und sauber ist nur akzeptabel(Badezimmer braucht eine richtige Reinigung, sah einige sehr schlechte Bewertungen von Google). Ich habe diese Unterkunft coz mit einem Balkon reserviert, aber es war ganz laut am Abend(Klingeln aus der Bar unten), insgesamt, immer noch ein guter Aufenthalt!
