The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

Booked the wrong date but they were accommodating and allowed me to change the date with them. Receptionist was friendly, room was clean and very spacious. Water cooler provided at the lobby Solid 5/5

I’m a frequent stayer of this hotel. The family room is very spacious. There’s additional small cushion seat and table for u to eat something. Location is great. Free parking.  But, best if they have check the shower heater before the room is occupied. The shower don’t have hot water for guest. Cold shower can you imagine. 4/5 for the amenities.

was a plesant stay. Room is quite spacious but however a little noisy that the window was not perfectly sealed. can hear the traffic sound and people talking from my window. Service was great and check in procedure was simple. Room was clean and neat. Bed was comfy, will be back again next round :) Most importantly about permas was the location and access to food and industrial area. its an impressive location

Das Zimmer ist sauber und seine Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es gibt viele Restaurants in diesem Bereich. Thai, Japan, Korea, Taiwan und lokale Küche. Wirklich für die Wahl gespült. In dieser Reise habe ich ein koreanisches Restaurant für unser Abendessen gewählt.

Insgesamt war mein 3-night Aufenthalt angenehm. Ich genossen vor allem die Familie Suitedas Königsgröße Bett und die Kissen waren sehr komfortabel. Allerdings erwartete ich einen Grundstandard, weshalb ich nicht eine vollständige Rating geben konnte. Reinigkeit: Es gab einige Fragen, die Aufmerksamkeit bedürfen. Ich traf einen kleinen Lizard, einen Baby-Hund (die ich behandeln musste) und einen Spider. Die Bettwäsche und Rügel hatten sichtbare Farben, obwohl diese schwer zu entfernen sein können, ist es nicht einmal für ein Hotel 3-star akzeptabel. Zusätzlich wurde neben einem neuen, nicht zu erwartenden, gebrauchten, dampfenden (aber trockenen) Toilettenpapierrollen eingeführt. Ich bin nicht besonders schüchtern, aber andere hätten das viel niedriger geschätzt. Der Toilettensitz war los und falsch abgeleitet. Der Handtuchhänger war auch los, so dass wir vorsichtig waren, nicht alle unsere Handtuchs dort zu hängen. Der Badewanne war auch los. Dienst: Anfragen nach einem Schreibtischsitz und einem Haartrockner dauerten eine ganze Zeit und wurden erst nach meiner Rede mit einem Hausmeister am nächsten Morgen gelöst. Obwohl das Zimmer vier Gäste beherbergt, waren wir eine Gruppe von drei und erhielten nur zwei Tassen, so dass wir umdrehen mussten. Es gibt auch nur zwei nicht-standardmäßige, unprofessionelle Hanger. Sie sollten vier liefern. Ich habe den Shampoo oder Dusche gel nicht verwendet, so dass ich nicht zu diesen kommentieren kann. Vielleicht sollte ich einen kurzen Hinweis auf unseren Tag überprüfen, da wir drei Nächte bleiben. Dies ist ein Vorschlag, zu verbessern. Ort und Einrichtungen: Es gibt einen Wäscherei günstig direkt vom Hotel entfernt. Parkplätze sind auf der Website verfügbar, obwohl Sie vielleicht hinter dem Gebäude parkieren müssen. Es wäre hilfreich, eine ausgewiesene Drop-off-Schleife vor dem Hotel zu haben. Food: Der Café serviert einen guten Hühner Nasi-Lemak. Der Curry Grave ist reich und süß, obwohl es besser wäre, wenn es mehr Seiten Gerichte zur Ergänzung des Reises. Die allgemeine Erfahrung hat dazu beigetragen, die Mängel zu beheben. Wert für Geld: 3/5 Bis eine weitere Überprüfung für die Mängel korrigiert werden, werde ich andere Unterkunft

Großer Aufenthalt! Der Selbsteincheckungsprozess war super schmecklos und bequem, was einen Brise ankam. Auch mit dem automatisierten Eincheckung war das Personal immer umgeben, unglaublich freundlich und wünschenswert, mit allem zu helfen, was ich brauchte. Ich habe auch die On-site-Verkaufsmaschine für schnelle Getränke und Snacks wirklich geschätzt. Sehr empfehlenswert für eine reis ohne Probleme!

This is my first time at Johor Baharu Masai area. I had booked this hotel for 1+1 day. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Rooms is clean and also with the washroom. Internet speed was fast and stable you can browse over Singapore channel as well thru the smart tv. For the price i booked under RM90, they still providing complimentary breakfast. They do seved fried noodles, fried rice, sausages some bread and coffee and juices. Location of the hotel was also very strategic, local banks, fast food chain and local coffee shop are just around the corner. I have a pleasant stay at this hotel and definately will return if i came down to Johor. By the way they also provide complimentary carpark space just infront of the hotel. Good Job for the hotel and staff.

Good to have found this hotel/apartment for a stay. It is within walking distance to popular seafood place in Senibong Das Zimmer ist geräumig und schmackvoll gestaltet. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen großen TV und der Platz ist in der Regel windig. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bett ist komfortabel. Das Badezimmer ist groß. Leider hat es seit es eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis nicht wirklich die Chance, das Bad zu benutzen. Ich werde gerne wieder in dieses Hotel/Wohnung zurückkehren, wenn ich wieder in Senibong Meeresfrüchte essen möchte. Danke.
