Neben 7 11 und Apotheke. Sie können Ihre medizinischen Zubehör / Gewürze, Körperpflege Bedürfnisse leicht erhalten. Viel Parkplätze. Einfach Nahrungsmittel & Getränke in der Nähe finden. Bequem & sauber! Gewiss wird es wiederholen, hier zu bleiben.

The carpet seemed slightly dirty when I entered but that’s ok haha, and there was no shampoo provided in the bathroom, only basic toiletries.
The blanket was surprisingly thin that I actually thought it was a bed sheet.
Unfortunately, I also spotted a cockroach, which made me quite uncomfortable.

Zzhoum****Der Service ist sehr ineffizient; der Check-in hat 40 Minuten gedauert. Es gibt keinen chinesischen Service. Die Sauberkeit ist schlecht, der Teppich ist schmutzig und die Einrichtungen sind veraltet. Mein Zimmer hatte Blick auf einen Lichthof. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

DDihaw DbaI had a minor accident in front of the hotel lobby—I hit the cement curb/bollard in front of the hotel, resulting in a slight scratch/damage to a floor tile (and this particular tile already had several previous damages from other people hitting it before).
Subsequently, an Indian staff member (identified as a supervisor by his colleague) came and took pictures of the damaged tile. The issues I have with his conduct are as follows:
He started chatting with a Chinese customer while pointing out the minor damage and simultaneously pointing towards my car, smiling and chuckling slightly as if mocking or being sarcastic.
Then, another Chinese man (possibly a customer or staff) approached, and he again showed the damaged tile, smiling and chuckling lightly while pointing at my car. My issue here is: there were also Malay customers present; why did he choose the Chinese customers to point out this issue to, but not the Malay customers?
He then approached me and said: ”You have hit and damaged this tile, and you need to know that I will report this to the hotel owner, and you should know that the owner of this hotel is a Chinese person, and I am certain you will have to pay for the damages.” What is the implication of saying, 'the owner of this hotel is a Chinese person'?
I asked why he needed to make a scene and involve other customers to talk about the incident while laughing lightly and smiling as if being condescending, and why this incident was being exaggerated when he himself was aware and had mentioned that customers frequently hit that cement curb.
Is it now my turn to be made to pay for the damage, after it has been hit multiple times by other customers previously?
Am I being made a scapegoat to settle the costs of previous incidents?
Where is the commitment to excellent Customer Service in terms of maintaining a customer's 'dignity' or 'reputation' (air muka) in front of other patrons?
He made a fuss as if I had brought down the whole building.
I am attaching photos of the tile damage and other pre-existing damages.

MMilfHunterThe first room we got from the management, door padlock ran out of battery, and the management rearranged another room for us, the whole procedure was smooth and easy, but we switched about 3 rooms in a row in just one night, the room we booked was premier king suite, the room setup was a little bit odd but it was fine the room look good, but the room definitely need some deep cleaning, because we found these bed bugs hatchlings in between the gap of the bed cushions. Even though the management handled it well but looks like all the similar room was having the same issue. In the end we got assigned to a family two bedroom suite, which is much better in terms of hygiene, no more pest issues.
Overall, management was polite and helpful, but the rooms definitely need some deep cleaning work done. Because of the experience of having only the family suite clean and liveable, I’d say the stay only recommended for family trip.
Convenience: about 7min drive away from Jonker Street, I’d say this location is great even for people who travel without a car, book a grab and you should be fine.

LLeon_EliasHotel im Herze einer völlig unterschätzen Stadt.
Ich war eine Nacht in diesem Hotel auf der Durchreise. Obwohl die direkte Umgebung etwas heruntergekommen ist, liegt das Hotel sehr zentral um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehen.
Viel Ausstattung (gutes Gym, Pool, Parkplatz,…).
Essen geschmacklich gut, Aussehen naja. (größeres Angebot wäre auch toll!)
Zimmer und Hotel sind an sich sehr schön!
ABER leider wird wenig Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt und das Hotel müsste dringend renoviert und modernisiert werden. Dachterasse absolut marode, Pool zwar an sich echt schön aber in schlechtem Zustand (Fließen wirken als wären Algen oder Schimmel drin), Restaurant dringend modernisierungsbedürftig.
Sauberkeit im Restaurant (dreckige Stühle, Tische werden nicht gewischt und Geschirr mit Essensrückständen) und wie vorher erwähnt der Poolbereich sind meiner Meinung nach unhygienisch.
Zimmer wirkte leider absolut nicht geputzt: dunkle Haare auf dem Nachttisch im Bad und im Bett ( ich bin blond), sehr dreckig unterm Bett, Ablagen leider auch nicht wirklich sauber und die Duschköpfe rostig(Tausch wäre nötig).
Abschließend kann ich sagen dass das Hotel an sich schön ist, eine gute Lage hat und an sich auch viel Ausstattung hat, aber im aktuellen Zustand einfach nicht zu empfehlen ist.
Etwas schade da man alles (leicht) beheben könnte….

MMK MarianaSehr gut👍👍👍, das Hotel riecht so gut … Angefangen beim Eingang (Lobby) … Treppe … Aufzug bis zum Zimmer … Sehr gute Schallisolierung … Das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe, ist mit einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet … Haartrockner … Kaffeeset für zwei Personen … In der Nähe einer Moschee … Einfach mit dem Grabcar zu erreichen, Parkplatz vorhanden … So nah an Restaurants (so vielen) … Werde in Zukunft wieder buchen … Das Personal ist auch so freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit …

Dieser Block scheint vor allem Besucher zu dienen, und wir warten mehr als 30 Minuten auf einen Aufzug, um uns als voll verpackt zu bringen während der Abschaumzeit zwischen 11am und 12pm. Wir stiegen vom 25. Stock und waren schneller als der Aufzug, während wir 2 Gepäck auf dem Weg waren.

GGastnutzerThe hotel has provided the facilities as committed in their booking-page in the acceptable condition to their customer, i.e. me. Despite it is a budget hotel only and the overall appearance is slightly vintage :D, the room, the bed/mattress/blanket, bathroom, showering water heater, etc. are still clean and in acceptable condition. Besides, if communicated/spoken to the hotel, it has self check-in option for the check-in after business operation hour, i.e. mid night. Travelers can acquire the room key/card by themselves from a locker with a provided pin code. These enable me to have a good rest after making an urgent booking in night time, travel over 100km then reach the hotel at 1.30 a.m. mid night. The attached photos show the self check-in/out facility, public drinking-water-dispenser and fire extinguisher.
Although I can't expect much from a budget, I would like to suggest that the air-con in the room to have service/maintenance so that it won't produce much noise. By the way, the noise only distract us slightly from having rest.
After all, based on the offered/discounted price, the room is satisfactory and recommended.
