Overall, the stay was okay. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The accommodation met basic needs, though there is still room for improvement in some areas. We enjoyed the swimming pool with the kids, and the house is suitable for a relaxing family getaway. Nonetheless, it was a decent experience. Thank you for the hospitality.

Moderne saubere, hell gefüllte Toilette, Gott sei Dank keine schmutzigen Wände oder keine schmutzigen Epoxyböden. Mattress, Kissen fühlten sich neu und gute Qualität. Die mgmt denkt gründlich über den Komfort, insbesondere für die Reisenden Familien. 1) Sie bieten zusätzliches Brot, 2) 888 3-in-1 Kaffee und Tee (sehr anständig und besser als Nescafe) 3) Sie haben sogar eine gemeinsame Eisen gegeben, die zeigt, dass sie das Segment kennen, das sie dienen, d. h. die Familien, die für Hochzeiten zurückkommen usw. Umgeben von großen chinesischen Restaurants, die für Mittagessen und Abendessen geöffnet wurden (die Betriebsstunden sind typisch für kleinere Städte)

I stayed here while attending a running event in Sungai Petani. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the ETS station. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, the bed was comfortable and I had a restful night before the race. The bathroom, however, would benefit from some upgrades. I dined at the hotel’s restaurant, but service was rather slow, with both my order and those of other guests taking a long time to be served.

I am truly satisfied with my stay in urban inn SP saujana. Location is strategic if you plan to commute to hospital & is less traffic as compared to opposite route. The hotel is nice. Receptionist is friendly & helpful. I found that the initial room was too small as I will be staying for 1 month & the receptionist (Indian lady) was very helpful & found another room for me (deluxe queen if I’m not mistaken). Room was spacious enough. Took some time to cool down the room as it has 3 big windows but I am ok with it. Few small tomyam shops around & mr diy, speedmart. So it’s convenient to find things. Once in a while you can enjoy at amanjaya mall.Definitely will recommend this room for my friends. Thank you 😁

The hot shower worked well, and I appreciated being able to freshen up after a long day of travel.
