Overall, the stay was okay. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The accommodation met basic needs, though there is still room for improvement in some areas. We enjoyed the swimming pool with the kids, and the house is suitable for a relaxing family getaway. Nonetheless, it was a decent experience. Thank you for the hospitality.

Beide Mitarbeiter, die ich getroffen habe, sind sehr schnell bei der Lösung meines Check in Fragen (betreffend Trip's Aggregator System statt des Hotels selbst). Moderne saubere, hell gefüllte Toilette, Gott sei Dank keine schmutzigen Wände oder keine schmutzigen Epoxyböden. Mattress, Kissen fühlten sich neu und gute Qualität. Die mgmt denkt gründlich über den Komfort, insbesondere für die Reisenden Familien. 1) Sie bieten zusätzliches Brot, 2) 888 3-in-1 Kaffee und Tee (sehr anständig und besser als Nescafe) 3) Sie haben sogar eine gemeinsame Eisen gegeben, die zeigt, dass sie das Segment kennen, das sie dienen, d. h. die Familien, die für Hochzeiten zurückkommen usw. Umgeben von großen chinesischen Restaurants, die für Mittagessen und Abendessen geöffnet wurden (die Betriebsstunden sind typisch für kleinere Städte)

Best Hotel in Gurun. Near to 24 hour restaurant and shops. Nearby to Mount Jerai, bus and train.

I stayed here while attending a running event in Sungai Petani. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the ETS station. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, the bed was comfortable and I had a restful night before the race. The bathroom, however, would benefit from some upgrades. I dined at the hotel’s restaurant, but service was rather slow, with both my order and those of other guests taking a long time to be served.

No frills hotel. It's new so it's clean. It not too far from city centre but it's not walking distance to convenience shops. Hope to see the hotel maintained at current standards if not better

Room and toilet spacious and very clean. Standard amenities in the room. All staff very friendly and good hospitality. Chk in and chk out easy.

Convenient & nearby to Halal Park KEDAH where i visited my principle's factory... Breakfast was delicious...

I stayed at this hotel for one night as a transit stop, and it was a simple, no-frills experience. Be aware that parking is not provided on-site, so you’ll need to park opposite the hotel across the road, which might be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or arrive late at night. The room itself was basic but met essential needs. Towels and soap were provided, which was a nice touch for a short stay. The hot shower worked well, and I appreciated being able to freshen up after a long day of travel. If you’re looking for a quick stopover, this hotel can serve the purpose, but don’t expect luxury or extensive amenities. Suitable for a one-night transit stay
