Das ist ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Aufenthalt in Alor Setar. Ich habe hier zwei Jahre gearbeitet und kenne einige andere Optionen. Für Familien ist dies definitiv der beste Ort: Die Kinder liebten den Infinity-Pool und den Spielplatz auf dem Dach. Während die Kinder spielten, konnten wir uns entspannen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen – auf ungefähr der gleichen Höhe wie der Alor Setar Tower! Allein das macht den Aufenthalt dort lohnenswert :). Das Apartment ist groß, mit vier Betten, einer Waschmaschine und einem riesigen Fernseher. Aber im Gegensatz zu anderen Apartments verfügt dieses auch über eine Rezeption, die wirklich hilfreich ist. Wir werden definitiv beim nächsten Mal wieder hier übernachten!

Very good price valued accommodation with well standard of cleanliness and comfort, and spacious parking. High recommendation for travel around Alor Setar which convenient to reach good city central and foods.

I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives due to severe noise issues. On the bright side, while the room was definitely on the smaller side, it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The bathroom functionality was also a major highlight, as the water pressure was amazing and the water heater worked flawlessly. The bed quality, however, was just average—not terrible, but not particularly comfortable either. The biggest issue with this property is the lack of soundproofing, which made it incredibly difficult to get a good night's rest. I could clearly hear outdoor traffic and street noise throughout the night, and the internal soundproofing was just as bad. Every time neighboring rooms used their bathrooms, it was loud enough to wake me up several times. To make matters worse, there was a persistent machinery noise coming directly from my own bathroom, which I suspect might be coming from the water heater system. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. While I appreciated the cleanliness and the excellent shower, a hotel's primary job is to provide a restful night's sleep. Because of the constant disruptions, I wouldn't recommend this place to light sleepers and likely won't stay here again.

Strategische Lage. Essen in der Nähe, in der Nähe des Lotus. Rein und erschwinglich Hotel. Nur die Klangfestigkeit ist nicht so gut, kann Fahrzeug durchfahren hören, Hotel vor der Hauptstraße

Well service standard excellent I'm very happy.. With the check in process very quick.. The room was nice and cozy, the bed was so comfortable even the shower was great.. With very good & strong water pressure.. Very pleased with almost everything except for the breakfast a little bit disappointed & most of the food serve not much verity & strangely cold with most of the food warmer not working or switch off.. Well anyway I had a pleasant stay.. Thank you very much.. The Jerai Hotel.. Alor Star.. Keep up the good work 👍💪

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr geräumig und das Bett ist komfortabel. Die Einrichtungen sind schön. Aber die Wand des Zimmers ist nicht klangfest, so dass Sie Menschen zu Fuß, zu reden, zu lachen und etc. außerhalb Ihres Zimmers hören.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for business and travel purposes. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which allowed me to rest comfortably after a busy day. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money with quality facilities and a strategic location. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future and would gladly recommend it to other travelers.

Ich habe in meinem Zimmer Wasser gespült, und wichtiger ist die Isolierung von Ton super schlecht. Die Autos und Motorräder auf der Straße haben mich fast eine Nacht nicht gut geschlafen, der Rest ist nicht gut.

Das Personal dieses Hotels war überall in unserem Aufenthalt unglaublich willkommen und hilfreich. Die Zimmer waren unverschämt und sehr komfortabel. Wir genossen auch das leckere Frühstück jeden Morgen und liebten die bequeme Lage in der Nähe der großen Attraktionen.
