GGastnutzerLocation: Perfect as middle of Cameron. Easy to access Mall and variety of foods.
Service: Firstly, the owner or management gave wrong location. Secondly, the key was located on P1 post box but lift at P2. Thirdly, at Lift B got 1 lift only, need to wait for very long to go to Homestay.
Cleanliness: No complaint on it.
Facilities: All good as the management prepared food amenities with fridge, cooker and electric stove. Other than that bed and room amenities perfect but the Entertainment system sucks, the TV useless for Indians as only got 1 channel to access other than that the TV and Room Fan remotes malfunctions. The balcony table is not there as on example.
Anyway, i loved the location with surrounding entertaining areas and view from the balcony and window.

Das Badezimmer sieht so schrecklich aus. dürfte sich verbessern. Altes Möbel für das Bett n Sofa. Kein Wasserfilter/Mineralwasser in dem Zimmer. Sehr entdeckt.Denken Sie an den Plugpunkt nur 2. Ausgenommen 2 für TV n astro. Kein Plugpunkt an der Bettseite. Super ungünstig, YR Telefon zu laden. Wenn Sie mehr Plug Point/Provide Erweiterung hinzufügen.
Ich war so schockiert, um keine Fan überhaupt bei der Kontrolle des Zimmers zu lernen . Muss beantragen standende Fan, da keine Ak in dem Zimmer . Aber sie passen sehr gut n schnell. Obwohl hv Fenster, aber Sie noch die Luftverkehr. fühlen sich sehr betäubt, wenn keine Luftströmung. Der Fensterschließung sollte geändert werden. Sie kann jederzeit zerbrochen werden.

YYeow KwangWe rented the Poeny room, which comes with a King bed and a Queen bed. No bedrooms, beds and living hall and kitchen are all-in-one, basically it is a studio for 4 to 5 people to stay. Cleanliness is good and the leather sofa is comfortable and looks good condition. TV set comes with Astro facilities, kitchen has boiler, microwave and also dryer is provided. Mattress quality is reasonable firm and comfortable. No bottled water providered and no shampoo was provided but with just basic rounded solid soap. I hope the owner could improve by providing shampoo and better quality liquid bath gel / soup plus bottled water to improve the stay experience.

KKarolinaTThe location is great, close to many restaurants and shops. Someone is at the reception 24/7, which is a big convenience for those arriving late and the hotel staff are welcoming.
However, the room itself was just disgusting. Nail clippings and hair on the carpet, bathroom clearly has not been cleaned in ages as the drain was full with hair, shower curtain and the walls around the shower were covered in mould and dirt from multiple guests. The wifi in the room was not working for us at all (one of the reasons I booked the hotel so I could plan my further itinerary without using mobile data), and although there is an offsite parking, it easily gets full and then you need to park elsewhere. According to the room description there should be coat hangers in the room but there were none.
I booked this hotel last minute so I did not have much choice this time, but I will definitely never come back to this place.

NNuNaNoWir waren geschäftlich hier. Geräumig und bestens für große Gruppen geeignet, mit Aufzug, freundlichem Personal, das Stimbot-Restaurant des Hotels war sehr hilfsbereit und hat all unsere Wünsche und Fragen erfüllt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, und dieses Mal mit Kindern.

AAnonymer BenutzerWe recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, the experience was overall disappointing. The apartment itself had a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout, even affecting the bed and mattress. It almost felt like the bedsheet carried the same odor, which made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the bedsheets had a rough texture that lacked the usual smoothness and quality that you would expect from a hotel stay.
On the positive side, the hotel did have a fantastic balcony. The balcony was beautifully furnished and became the highlight of the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting there since being inside the room was far from relaxing. Unfortunately, my mum struggled to sleep the whole night due to the smell and overall discomfort of the room.
In short, while we appreciated the balcony, the issues with the smell and bedding made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.

GGastnutzerBeim Einchecken am ersten Tag waren wie erwähnt keine Duschgels und Toilettenpapier verfügbar und die Gemeinschaftstoiletten waren nicht ausreichend sauber. Das Mini-Chalet, in dem wir übernachtet haben, war jedoch gut sauber und es gab frische Bettlaken, Handtücher und Kissenbezüge. Ich schlage jedoch vor, die Bettwäsche zu wechseln, da sie zerrissen und fleckig ist. Schilder mit der Aufforderung, jederzeit Ruhe zu wahren, sollten häufiger aufgestellt werden. Außerdem sollten Aufsteller mit der Aufforderung, nicht in den Mini-Chalets herumzurennen, angebracht werden, da es sich wie ein Erdbeben anfühlt, wenn Kinder früh um 7 Uhr herumrennen, wobei wir und ich glaube, die anderen Mieter auch noch tief und fest schlafen. Dies ist meine größte Sorge, da ich zwei Nächte dort verbracht habe und es durch die herumrennenden Kinder zu störenden Erschütterungen gekommen ist. Bitte nehmen Sie diese Angelegenheit ernst. Danke.

Leider funktionierte der Fernseher in unserem Zimmer nicht, der Abfluss war langsam, ein einfacher Wasserkocher und ein Telefon im Zimmer waren nicht vorhanden. Musste in die Lobby gehen, um das zu melden. Frühstück bei einem externen Anbieter, was ok war. Sie servieren Mahlzeiten als Paketoption. Fazit: Das Hotel ist eher für Paare geeignet, aber nicht für Familien.

The unit could benefit from better maintenance, particularly in the bathrooms. Noise from the surrounding area can also be heard in the evenings. However, the view from the balcony and the cool mountain air made up for it. It’s a decent, no-frills option for travelers looking for space and accessibility without expecting luxury.
