2nd time staying here. Comfy! Definitely will stay here again if i ever fly to bintulu in the future.

Booked for King Deluxe but when checking in was given the twin bed room and when asked then only informed all the King sized bed room were given to other premium customers. If it's overbooked for certain room type, it could be better to apologise and asked for understanding rather than just telling us to accept since other premium customer have taken the room. I love Promenade Hotel group and always been staying wherever I go and this is the first time I feel shocked with this kind of experience.

No noises and easy acess. Friendly & polite staff. Large room so convienient to salah. Bathroom just nice. Breakfast was good. Only the room air condition was not fully cool. Hope some improvement. Thanks.

Good - 1.very convenient location 2. Mattress and pillow are good Bad - 1.Only one lift working during our stay and had to wait as the housekeeping staff always occupied it. 2. Insufficient kitchen tools provided for 3 persons 3.There is a hole in the ceiling 4.. Missing wardrobe door 5. Cleanliness needs to look into. However, we are coming back soon.

Ein angenehmes Aufenthalt für Arbeit. Das Zimmer, das ich bekam, war geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Lage ist großartig in der Nähe der Stadt. Frühstück war ok kann besser sein.

Overall is good, parking place easy to access, going to shopping mall or beach by self driving is about 5 to 10 minutes only. enjoying 2 nights sleep very well, just the toilet ventilation fan got a bit noisy sound sometime while switch on.

Dies ist das einzige Hotel im Industriegebiet Samalaju. Es ist die beste Wahl, wenn Sie die Fabriken in der Umgebung besuchen. Ziemlich umweltfreundlich und sehr entspannend, auch für Urlaubsreisende. Es ist ein guter Ort zum Ausruhen.

Die Lage ist strategische , gerade in der alten Stadt, viele Orte für Lebensmittel, Gemüse und Unterhaltung. Das Hotel braucht jedoch noch einige Upgrade, vor allem die Teppich entlang des Korridors war wirklich scheu. Das Zimmer ist ok, könnte besser sein, wenn mehr Lichter befestigt werden.
