MMargaret88CThe hotel is beautiful with great amenities. It has a very nice restaurant on premise; and beautiful outdoor space. It has a decent size pool and Jacuzzi that looked very inviting. I also had a last min spa treatment that was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d stay there again!

PpennWonderful place to stay, comfy beds and excellent food in the restaurant. The nightly turndown service was appreciated. I would have liked slippers to wear to the pool and the elliptical machine was broken the entire week I was there. I would like to say upon checkout that I asked for a bottle of water for my long Uber ride and it seemed to be an unrealistic request!?

Er hat mich gern unverhältnismäßig gesagt, dass ich zurück zum Zimmer zurückkehre und den Servicetelefon anrufe. Ich habe ein Hotelpersonal geholfen, das die Toilette abzuräumen hat. Ich sagte, mein Zimmer braucht zwei Glas Wasser, er hat mich auf mich warten lassen, und es gab keiner, der das Wasser lieferte.

GGeri ShaikhThis is an extension from our previous stay. We think this is one of the best hotels in Puebla for the price. The rooms are large with a partial kitchenette that has a small sink, fridge and microwave.
The AC worked all the time and was cold and the water pressure along with hot water was consistent and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. All other amenities were a plus such as drinking water, coffee and coffee cooker.
The hotel is in a great location that is walkable in a pleasant neighborhood. It is very easy to catch a taxi by the hotel.
Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. We extended three times here during our stay in Puebla and while the Day of the Dead was going on.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Von den farbigen Geweben aus dem Halle bis hin zu den Gemüsedekorationen mit geometrischen Mustern, und den sorgfältig im Hof geplanten Feinden und neun Doppelte, die alle Details einen einzigartigen kulturellen Geschmack vermitteln. Ob es sich um ein großzügiges und komfortables Gästezimmer oder um eine funktionale Freizeitzone handelt, ist es sehr empfehlenswert, das Innengefühl des Hotels im Design zu fühlen.
Das Frühstück ist noch ein großer Brillpunkt dieses Hotels, ziemlich gut. Das Restaurant ist voller Mais-Saft und reicht von mexikanischen Geschmacksorten: Goldene Torche, schwarze Tee, Sassa, die frische Butterfrüchte enthält, und heiße Schokolade. Ich persönlich mag mexikanisches Geschmack besonders, und hier kann ich nicht nur klassische Speisen probieren, sondern auch die Fressen und die Geduld der Küchen empfinden.
Deshalb glaube ich, dass ich das nächste Mal, wenn ich wieder in die Stadt gehe, ohne Zweifel das Hotel wieder aufnehmen und diesen einzigartigen Mexiko-Stil und intimen Service genießen wird.

Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit.
Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

GGuest UserDas Hotel war sehr sauber und sicher!! Die Lage war ein Block von INM entfernt, wo ich hier in Mexiko zu meinem Daueraufenthalt gelangen musste. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte keine A/C, aber sie brachten mir einen sehr netten Fan. Wenn ich jemals wieder in das Gebiet von Puebla zurückgehen muss, werde ich dort nochmal bleiben!!

MMonicaPros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi.
Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

SSARA GABRIELAService was excellent, I had an early check in and the reception was able to?accommodate me without any trouble. Breakfast is simple but really local and tasty!
The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless.
It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city.
I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc.
