MMargaret88CThe hotel is beautiful with great amenities. It has a very nice restaurant on premise; and beautiful outdoor space. It has a decent size pool and Jacuzzi that looked very inviting. I also had a last min spa treatment that was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d stay there again!

PpennWonderful place to stay, comfy beds and excellent food in the restaurant. The nightly turndown service was appreciated. I would have liked slippers to wear to the pool and the elliptical machine was broken the entire week I was there. I would like to say upon checkout that I asked for a bottle of water for my long Uber ride and it seemed to be an unrealistic request!?

Die Person, die draußen war, hat mir nur gesagt, wo die Rezeption war - die geschlossen war -, aber mit beiden Händen, die mit den Taschen besetzt waren, ist es schwierig, sie zu öffnen (da sie in der Perille ist). Und sie helfen dir nicht, sie zu öffnen, obwohl du die Hände beschäftigt hast, habe ich es als ein wenig weniger als Gastfreundschaft betrachtet.
Es wäre gut, wenn es ein Platte wäre, die erklären würde, was das Hotel früher war. Was ist das Whirlpool und wofür es verwendet wurde, usw. , sowie Sie haben Briefe über den Namen der Tiere.

GGuest UserDas Hotel war sehr sauber und sicher!! Die Lage war ein Block von INM entfernt, wo ich hier in Mexiko zu meinem Daueraufenthalt gelangen musste. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte keine A/C, aber sie brachten mir einen sehr netten Fan. Wenn ich jemals wieder in das Gebiet von Puebla zurückgehen muss, werde ich dort nochmal bleiben!!

Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit.
Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

MMonicaPros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi.
Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

🛏️ Zimmer ist sehr auster, nicht gemütlich, sieht alt aus; aber das Bett ist komfortabel
🚽🚿Badezimmer ist groß, hat Handtücher, Seife 🧼 und Shampoo. Das Handwaschbecken hat Form und der Duscheboden war nass
🅿️ Parkplatz ist ok, aber nicht nur für Hotelgäste, was Sie ein wenig unsicher fühlt.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless.
It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city.
I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc.
