We had a wonderful experience staying at the Fairmont. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For instance, I left my Kindle at the hotel mistakenly, and the staff found it promptly and will most probably send it back. The facilities are beautiful and the spa is top quality. A terrific stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. The staff are kind and the breakfast was great so I can say everything was perfect except the location it’s was hard to find it at first .

Value for money very bad and misleading advertising: The location is great, the servers are super nice and helpful BUT: 1. totally chemical orange juice low end at breakfast 2. pool without overflow and especially dirty, without filtration. We had to clean it ourselves several times. 3. very incomplete meal card: there are many things missing. Too bad!!!

J’ai séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet établissement et c’est toujours un vrai plaisir d’y retourner. Le service est irréprochable, le personnel est attentif et aux petits soins : il suffit de demander et tout est organisé avec efficacité, que ce soit pour un massage, une balade ou une excursion. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et confortables. L’ensemble de l’établissement est impeccablement entretenu : les piscines, les parcs et les espaces extérieurs sont à la fois calmes et ressourçants. On y croise même quelques animaux comme des chats ou des paons, ce qui rend l’ambiance encore plus agréable et apaisante. La nourriture est excellente, variée et généreuse. De plus, la navette gratuite mise à disposition pour rejoindre la ville est un vrai plus. En résumé : propreté, confort, qualité du service et atmosphère relaxante… tout est top. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Plenty of loungers and shaded spots to relax, which makes it perfect for a chill day. The architecture has a rustic Moroccan charm with small villa-style rooms that add to the cozy vibe. Rooms & Comfort: Rooms are simple but comfortable. Not ultra-luxury, but clean and nicely designed to match the overall aesthetic of the property. It feels more like staying at a private villa than a typical hotel. Service: Staff were friendly and helpful, though service can feel a bit laid-back at times (which honestly matches the vibe of the place). Food & Facilities: The poolside setup is great for relaxing, though food options might be limited compared to larger hotels. Best to plan meals or head into the city for more variety. Overall Experience: If you’re looking for a calm, aesthetic getaway with a beautiful pool and peaceful surroundings, this is a solid choice. If you prefer being close to the action, this might feel a bit too remote. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Great for relaxing, but location may not suit everyone.

Fantastische Lage und Aussichten. Sehr komfortabel Unterkunft. Es empfehlen Sie einfach die Verpackung Snacks oder andere wesentliche Dinge, da es keine andere Wahl gibt als die gelieferten Mahlzeiten. Das heißt, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden definitiv wieder da bleiben.

Das Hotel Riad Qodwa ist ein verstecktes Geschirr, perfekt für diejenigen, die Entspannung und Ruhe suchen. Der Service war außergewöhnlich, die Sauberkeit unvermeidlich und die Umgebung wunderschön. Sehr empfehlenswert für eine friedliche Getaway.

It's was one of the best place i ever stayed, beautiful hotel with nice pool and friendly atmosphere , good breakfast,. I will definitely come back this state and highly recommend.
