시기리야 근처 조용한 곳에 위치해 있어요... 도보로 30분 이내에 시기리야,피두랑갈라에 갈 수 있어요... 주인장 Danu와 그의 아내, 그리고 부모님이 친절하게 맞이해 주셨고, 소박하지만 맛있는 음식이 인상적이었어요... 방 바로 앞 나무 위로 원숭이와 다람쥐 가족이 심심치 않게 해 주네요.... 다만 근처에 식당이나 가게 등 아무것도 없는 것이 살짝 아쉬워요^^

Just a short walk from the bus stop, this gem of a guesthouse is hands down the best place to stay in Sri Lanka. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, always offering help and thoughtful advice. He even arranged for a local tuk-tuk driver at a very reasonable price, ensuring I had the best experience exploring the area. Every afternoon, he would check in and offer a delightful cup of tea, making the stay feel extra special. His wife’s cooking is an absolute highlight—breakfast was not just delicious but prepared with so much care, adding a homely touch to every meal. The room itself was super clean, big, and incredibly comfortable. From start to finish, they both made me feel completely at home. I can say this was the best accommodation I experienced during my time in Sri Lanka, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a truly memorable and comfortable stay.

As the name suggests, it is a retreat in the jungle. There are no windows, and the trees are the natural windows. You can meet squirrels and monkeys, and you are surrounded by the sounds of many birds and insects in the morning and at night. The hotel offers a variety of activities, which can be booked. The beginning of April, when we stayed, was firefly season, and when it rained in the evening, more than a dozen fireflies surrounded our mosquito net.

The lake next to the property is beautiful and the owner is really accommodating - he escorted me to the lookout as it is dangerous to go out by yourself in the evening and early morning because of the elephants that may wander through the area. Both him and his wife were very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sigiriya. The room has a tea and coffee station, a mini fridge, and air conditioning. You are in nature, so if you don’t mind a couple of little frog friends in the bathroom, and you are a bird enthusiast, then this is the place for you.

Great place to stay if you want to explore the lions rock and the area around. Pidurangala rock is only 15min away by tuk tuk, the lions rock can be done by walk (~20min walk to entrance). But the best experience was the kindness of the hosts. The helped us in every way (explaining routes, advices on activities, organizing tuk tuk, etc.). The food was amazing and we had a lot of interesting conversations with the friendly stuff. Special thanks to Daushna, Larush & Nimal for making our stay remarkable.

Das Sinhagiri-Feld in der westlichen Provinz Churchillie (Grün Hut Nature Resort), genau gesagt, ist ein Sri Lanka-Volkshaus, in einer etwas abgelegenen Lage, ganz im Land. Der Garten ist groß, es gibt einen Pool, es gibt viele Fruchtbäume wie Apfel, Diamanten und andere Blumen, die innere Umgebung ist schön. Die Besitzer und Arbeiter der Bevölkerung sind sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind groß, aber die Einrichtungen sind relativ einfach, die Klimaanlage ist allgemein kalt, die Zimmer und die Zubehör fühlen sich grundsätzlich sauber, die Bettwäsche ist groß und komfortabel, die Wäsche bietet einen Wäscheschrank, keine Wäsche oder sagen Wäsche ist ein Wäscheschrank (Das ist das ungewöhnlichste in Sri Lanka), auch nicht mit Zahn- und Zahnbecken-Schleifen. Das Frühstück ist angepasst, gehört zu Englisch, mit Eier, Brot, Obst, Käse usw. Aufgrund der geografischen Abweichung bestellte ich das Abendessen an den Menschen an der Nacht. Es schmeckt gut, Reis und Tee (die Nüsse in Sri Lanka scheinen alle Reislinien zu sein). Die Wände des Restaurants sind in einer Reihe von Texten dekoriert, darunter insbesondere in Chinesisch. Insgesamt ist die Lage dieses Volksabends etwas abgelegen, es ist kein Auto zu bequem zu reisen. Darüber hinaus ist der Service, die Umgebung usw. eigentlich nicht schlecht, sehr nahe der Natur.

Abbiamo pernottato qui due notti per poter godere delle due attrazioni principali della zona. I ragazzi sono molto disponibili ed il responsabile è un giovane simpatico che ci sa fare! La posizione è molto tranquilla anche se non molto lontano dai locali. Camera buona e anche la colazione servita all'ultimo sulla terrazza che guarda sulla rocca. Di notte la strada sterrata è completamente buia e vi sconsiglio di andarci a piedi meglio se con una macchina o un tuktuk.

Ein Nebengebäude des Sigiriya Rock Gate Resort. Der Eigentümer wohnt nebenan und kümmert sich um Dinge wie Mahlzeiten und Wäsche, was die Unterkunft zu einer sehr gemütlichen Unterkunft macht. Sie brachten uns um 5 Uhr morgens zum Pidurangala-Felsen.

Obwohl unser Aufenthalt nur kurz war, war er dank der Freundlichkeit des Personals, insbesondere von Herrn, recht angenehm. Ruchira, die uns von Anfang an das Gefühl gegeben hat, sehr willkommen zu sein. Die Unterkunft war sauber und komfortabel und die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Wir waren beeindruckt von der Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail, was die Erfahrung sehr positiv machte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
