Very nice place to stay! Quiet during the spring/summer period due to the area being more popular in winter. Very near Echigo Yuzawa Station within 5min walk. Was welcomed into the hotel nicely with complimentary matcha and snack. Upon check in there was even a cute Gachapon game in which you could win one of their special Niigata/Yuzawa stuff! I won a small pack of Niigata rice. Room was clean and spacious with a comfy futon bed. The public baths were so nice and well maintained! The staff here are very friendly and attentive. If you did not reserve their special dinner/breakfast set, you can still do say with 2 days advanced order over the front desk. I also love that they provide free shuttle to the station at check out upon request! Definitely staying here again if ever back in the area 🫶🏼

One of the nearest accommodation to Gala Yuzawa Ski Resort and shuttle via a mini bus is available. Shuttle bus goes to Echigo Yuzawa station too. It is walking distance from Gala Yuzawa. Approach any staff at the Ski Resort with the telephone number of the hotel to request for it. Stayed there for a few night for snowboarding. Breakfast selection was fabulous with two local Japanese sake available! The room is big, clean and well furnished. It even come with a great view! Onsen street which is the street lined with restaurant is 10-15mins walk away. I recommend making reservation for dinner if you do not intend to go out for dinner. Great service is one of the key reason why I would return to stay!

Sehr nahe dem Bahnhof Nakazato Yuzawa. Sehr freundliche Dame Boss und alles ist gut. Eingeschränkte Auswahl an Lebensmitteln, während es ein thailändisches Restaurant in der Nähe und ein FamilyMart gibt, die einen weiteren Spaziergang erfordern. Wird denjenigen, die im Winter Aktivitäten im Nakazato Ski Resort zu machen beraten.

Die Besitzer waren sehr gut zu Hause. Deren Transportdienst vom Heimathaus bis zum Skigebiet war 8:00 - 10:00 und 4:00 - 5:00, aber weil es nicht sehr beschäftigt war, die Besitzer angeboten, uns um 11:00 zu fahren. Sie verkauften auch Tickets, die ermäßigt wurden und brachten uns zu vermieten Skiausrüstung für etwa die Hälfte des Preises des Hotels. Das Zimmer ist auch geräumig, aber bescheiden. Die Eigentümer sprechen auch Mandarin, so dass es schön war, dass jemand für uns im Mietgeschäft übersetzen. Dies ist eine sehr gute haushaltsfreundliche Option.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß mit eigenem WC und Bad. Sie können auch ihre private Esel zu einem angemessenen Preis verwenden, aber leider war der Esel nicht heiß genug. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sowohl smackvoll und groß in einem Teil. Insgesamt eine sehr hohe CP Hotel für eine Skiausfahrt.

Ein toller Service, auch wenn meine Reisenden noch zu spät kommen und essen. Das Essen auf dieser Seite ist wirklich lecker, das erste Reis 🍚 ist sehr lecker 😋, der zweite Koch 🧑🍳 ist sehr sorgfältig für die Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln. Einen Abend hat es einen Preis wie diesen und in der Schneezeit eine tolle Erfahrung gemacht.

Dieses Hotel liegt in einer sehr günstigen Lage in der Nähe des Echigo-Yuzawa JR-Bahnhofs. Es ist auch eine Steinwurf entfernt von Family Mart Komfortgeschäft, wo ich jeden Morgen mein Frühstück und Kaffee bekomme. Während der Skizeit wird das Gebiet um den Bahnhof schnell gebucht, weil die günstigen Verbindungen zu den verschiedenen Skigebieten um die Stadt herum. Der Besitzer des Hotels war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Er war auch nach den Snowboard-Sessionen freundlich und besorgt über mein Wohlbefinden. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen und wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Yuzawa!

Such a cozy place! Free laundry and hot drinks were much appreciated. There is a fireplace in the common area and a storage room for ski/snowboard equipment. I topped up for the meal plan and the food was great, but the cooking amenities are sufficient for those who wish to bring ingredients and cook their own food. Only thing was that the mattress was a little thin, but I only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't really a big issue to me.

Older property but kept clean and very good customer service. Nice breakfast for very reasonable price and nice onsen on top floor with inside and outside baths. It’s about 10mins walk to Echigo-Yuzawa station but after telling the hotel our arrival time they picked us up from the station. You can also catch the Naspa shuttle bus from a stop about 4 mins walk up the road.

The room is spacious but ordinary. The room heater is old and traditional that made the room very dry and uneven temperature in different parts of the room. The water heater is not stable and sometimes it will shut down. The bed and pillow is uncomfortable. The hotel just beside the main road of village and our room windows are facing to the road, thus it is quite noise in the morning especially when it is raining or snowing. To be concluded, the room made us uncomfortable. Not recommended.
