We had a truly very pleasant 1-night stay at White Wing. The hotel decorated in vintage style and is cozy and warm. Amenities are available as listed and sufficient. Room is spacious for 3 people. Beds are comfy. No unpleasant odor. Private bathroom and toilet are separated and clean. The hotel also offer onsen in the evening. Breakfast came in a Japanese traditional set (with big bowl of rice for you to refill) and it was delicious! The hosts’, Mr and Mrs Hada, service was outstanding. They are super friendly and kind. Though we are Thais with -0.5 Japanese skill, they tried to communicate with us and entertain us using English and GG translation. This made my stay more fun! I’m so thankful for them at this point. They enthusiastically showed us Fuji mountain pictures they captured from different times of the year and other collectibles . They also recommended us sightseeing spots around yamanaka-ko and other places they we can visit along our way back to tokyo to ensure us can enjoy Fuji-san the most. They even offered a short trip taking us to the spot where we can comtemplate and take pictures of the iconic Diamond Fuji in Yamanaka-ko. We are so impressed by their hospitality. Thank you for making our first trip to Fuji memorable. Although, I didn’t get the room with the mountain view but it is totally fine! The Fuji is right in front of the hotel, you can enjoy the majestic view as soon as you step out of the hotel door! So beautiful. The only thing I would like the hotel to have is a microwave. I bought some food from the convenience store and like to heat them up at the hotel before eat but I end up can’t find one 🥲. It was late at night so I didn’t bother the host, so I was not sure if there is or not.

Ich fand den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und wunderschön. Es fühlte sich an wie Urlaub in einer Blockhütte. Allerdings war es im Winter wirklich kalt; eine Heizung im Badezimmer wäre noch besser gewesen. Außerdem wäre es ideal, wenn der Kundenservice über Line oder andere Messenger-Apps sofort antworten und Kontakt aufnehmen könnte. Wenn ich den Fuji wieder besuche, werde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen. (Daumen hoch)

Booked last minute the night before. Great price and location. Low price was the main reason for booking. The shock and big surprise was the 11 out of 10 service and TLC I got from the owner Marie. I stayed in a room with its own bath shower toilet. Best customer careI have ever had even compared to a high end hotel for $200 a night. Yes you read that right. Something about these smaller hotels and the quality of service can't be matched. Very clean and very cute stay for exploring the Fuji mountain area. She speaks Chinese, Japanese and some English. And an amazing cook. Wow I was thankful I chose to eat at the hotel and not out somewhere else. My Bed was also very comfortable. Great sleep. It was More comfortable than the Disney Hilton Tokyo bay for $200 a night. Terrible beds.

me and my partner stay at Valentine's Day and we loved it so much! Must come back for special vacation! Bbq dinner for two is included and we added some sashimi and watch beef from the supermarket nearby. Alcohol drinks, breakfast is also included in the package, it is relatively a good deal. We are lucky to have the room without an objects blocking the Mt Fuji so all pictures are lovely. Staff is professional and great, detail explained everything we need to know. Fireworks are available at your own cost, we played after dinner although it is freezing cold (-2℃) that night. We hop into the outdoor spa after indoor shower, amenities and shower equipments are provided and they are high quality brands!!! Worth everything and long drive to go there! 10/10

A very well decorated free standing home that perfectly suits our family group of 5 (or up to 10 members). We loved the double volume floorplan. It's equipped with everything you'd want in a home, including a washing machine, a separate dryer, fridge, rice cooker, microwave, ceiling fan, decorative fireplace, and even a BBQ out on a patio, which gives you view of Mt. Fuji! It has two toilets and two bathrooms and a jacuzzi. The location is perfect being just a short stroll away from lake Yamanako. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es ganz in der Nähe des Yamanaka-Sees liegt! Die Fahrt dauert nur sechs Minuten. So konnten wir früh aufstehen und den Sonnenaufgang über dem Fuji fotografieren. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto unterwegs sind und den Yamanaka-See erkunden möchten, kann ich das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen! Zum Kawaguchi-See ist es allerdings recht weit, sodass wir jeweils die Autobahn nehmen mussten, was über 30 Minuten dauerte! In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es nicht viele Restaurants, deshalb sind wir während unserer drei Übernachtungen zum Essen zum Kawaguchi-See gefahren. Zwei kleine Supermärkte sind etwa sieben bis acht Autominuten vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber; insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel! Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über einen Onsen-Bereich (Thermalbad).

The cabin was very clean and well maintained, with all equipment and amenities in excellent condition. Everything felt new and thoughtfully prepared, making the stay very comfortable. The self check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient. The highlight was definitely the beautiful view of Mount Fuji — waking up and seeing Fuji so clearly was unforgettable.

Von dem Zimmer kann man den Fuji Mountain sehen, bis zum Tempel des Wüstenwaldes sehr schnell. Wenn Sie morgens den Morgen auf den Goldberg sehen wollen, können Sie die Fuji Mountains öffnen und zuerst sehen, ob die Klarheit des heutigen Fuji Mountains nach unten ist. Es gibt einen unabhängigen Wächter im Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß. Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen nicht neu. Du musst dein Gepäck selbst nach oben ohne Aufzug nehmen. Es dauert 7-8 Minuten, um das Hotel mit dem Gepäck vom Pilz Busbahnhof zu ziehen.
