AAnonymous 25Fantastic location. Host was easy to communicate. Had our futons set up all ready for a good rest. Highly recommended. Hope to stay there again if the price is right.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is a bit far from the Toyako Onsen area and it is located in a quiet area. However, hotel provides free shuttle service to and fro the Toyako Onsen area and JR train station. The room is beautiful and clean. Sadly, the hotel location unable us to view Mt Yotei from our room. There's also a public bath aside from the private bath in the room. Everything else is great and worth travelling to.

DDzulhaidyThe hostel does not have a shared kitchen but only a fridge and a microwave. Only 2 shower booth for the whole hostel but they have a sauna and a bath for sauna user. The bed are okay, the room was quite okay and clean. Its near to the lake and have a free parking beside the building.

AAnonymer Benutzer房主不會英文和中文的，很愛乾淨，一個人入住，沒見面，看見帖在門上打印的紙條了，指示很清晰，進房桌子上拿鑰匙就行。記得換鞋上樓提樓梯，進房間時不能穿鞋哦。入住後要打電話給房主，還送了入住小禮品，謝謝。浴室的門不是很靈活，不過沒關係，房主給了萬世閣的泡湯券，去那付款500日元就行，泡湯很不錯，沒必要在房主這洗了。體驗了把自己鋪床和入住日本民宿的快樂！（給中國遊客的提示，房主強調垃圾要分類哦，不行就自己帶去711丟了）。總之比較滿意！也補充了榻榻米的知識。前台在左邊的那個門，入住時看看幾個門上帖的是否有你名字就行。另外建議右邊那個灰色的煤油取暖器收了吧，用牆角的那個新款白色的就行，不然你真的會聞到煤油味道，上面還寫了一小時通風至少2次的提示，白色的是新款的，不存在這個問題。總之，非常不錯的民宿體驗，謝謝房主。

GGastnutzerIt's just 3 minutes walk from the bus station and 2 minutes walk to the sightseeing ferry pier. Shared bathroom and onsen, the outdoor hot spring was also free of charge. Room was
clean and tidy. I like the Japanese style futon. Perfect view of the lake and the pier. Easy access to restaurants.
Beside that, be mindful that before 10am you have to check out, we were just preparing to go down at that time, they knocked the door and barge inside start cleaning the room which shocked us.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist alt, aber charmant. Das Tatami-Stilzimmer ist klein gemütlich, aber nicht sehr sauber (findet 1 Bettbug um den Komforter 😱. Onsen ist gut, aber sieht alt aus. Aber bei der Eincheckung ist ein unbegrenztes Bier und zahlreiche Sake-Typen sind ausgezeichnet. Das Hotelpersonal ist auch sehr hilfreich und freundlich

GGastnutzerIt's got a kitchen and a fridge. Wasn't necessary for us since we wanted to eat out. It was spacious and clean. The bathroom gets cold as it's heat by a space heater in the main room. Water heater is good, tankless and reliable. Washing machine is good, but the dryer function is pretty typically for dryers here, gets clothes to be slightly damp. The location is a bit of a jog from the bus station if you're lugging around luggage, But if you take a right immediately upon exiting the parking lot, then the first left, you can take a flatter route than we took when we first got there. There was construction going on during our stay and started at 8am which was annoying, but only bad after I complained via email. All communication is done through email which is slow, but they were responsive.
