The location is far away from the lake ( fireworks) main area. You need your own car for accessibility. Parking is free on site. Smaller establishment as compared to the main hotel accomodation in the main area where main shops/ bakery/ restaurants are located. Amenities given are ample and neatly arranged in the wooden box. Onsen room is useful and good for private moments. Water pressure in the bathroom is great Dressing area with table and drawer is in an ideal layout. Aircon unit is good and working. Bedding and pillows need improvement. Ventilation in the toilet bowl area need to have better airflow so the humid and smell will remain in that little section. Breakfast staff need to be more attentive before serving breakfast set to guests as they missed out one sashimi dish and had to be alerted when we cross checked with each other. Staff had to give a puzzled expression and it was totally unnecessary as the rest of us took the Japanese set as well and we can see what is missing if it's missing. They replaced the missing item after deliberating with their kitchen or back end. And with the new accommodation fees and taxes or onsen fees implemented on non-resident of Japan. We feel that it should be informed during check in time. And not during check out time and spring us with surprise as we have a schedule to work on and we are in a hurry. It felt very unpleasant and due to limited language efficiency had to even check with another friend who is a Japanese . And has to be clarified why there are three charges . This causes unnecessary stress, inconvenience and unpleasantness for visitors who expect a certain standard based on the reviews posted by other users. Unfortunately, the situations in the restaurant, check out and experience on the final day ruined the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect being right in front of the lake and just a street walk across. The place was also very clean and well-maintained, with heaters that kept the place warm and cozy. Parking was also available right beside the place. The owner was incredibly hospitable as well, providing us with coffee and chocolate. The owner was also extremely helpful in assisting me when I left something behind. I would definitely recommend this place to families and group of friends visiting Lake Toya. Definitely love to return in the future.

Its a great accommodation, small but cozy, has usb plugs near bed side. The best part is they have a restaurant which serves great curry! My fav is the pork with curry😍 Will definitely visit again!

Nestled amidst lush greenery and surrounded by the soothing sounds of insects and birds, this secluded cabin offers a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The owner even went the extra mile by offering us a hearty breakfast to kickstart our day. Access to the loft is via a collapsible staircase, which may not be suitable for those with a fear of heights.

房主不會英文和中文的，很愛乾淨，一個人入住，沒見面，看見帖在門上打印的紙條了，指示很清晰，進房桌子上拿鑰匙就行。記得換鞋上樓提樓梯，進房間時不能穿鞋哦。入住後要打電話給房主，還送了入住小禮品，謝謝。浴室的門不是很靈活，不過沒關係，房主給了萬世閣的泡湯券，去那付款500日元就行，泡湯很不錯，沒必要在房主這洗了。體驗了把自己鋪床和入住日本民宿的快樂！（給中國遊客的提示，房主強調垃圾要分類哦，不行就自己帶去711丟了）。總之比較滿意！也補充了榻榻米的知識。前台在左邊的那個門，入住時看看幾個門上帖的是否有你名字就行。另外建議右邊那個灰色的煤油取暖器收了吧，用牆角的那個新款白色的就行，不然你真的會聞到煤油味道，上面還寫了一小時通風至少2次的提示，白色的是新款的，不存在這個問題。總之，非常不錯的民宿體驗，謝謝房主。

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Toya! Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe sowohl des Busbahnhofs als auch des Bahnhofs, was die Reise sehr einfach machte. Die Lage ist definitiv eines seiner besten Merkmale. Das Personal war sehr bequem und hilfreich während unseres Aufenthalts. Nur ein Kopf hoch es gibt kein privates Bad im Zimmer, so bereitet euch auf das öffentliche Bad/Wäsche zu verwenden. Aber ehrlich gesagt, war das Wäsche sehr gut und entspannt, so war es eine tolle Erfahrung. Ein Taxi früh am Morgen (vor 7 Uhr) kann in Toya sehr schwierig sein, so ist es besser, Ihren Taxi vor der Nacht zu arrangieren. Ein Taxi vom Bahnhof bis zum Hotel kostet rund 2,000–3,000 Yen. Insgesamt, ein komfortables, entspannendes und bequemes Aufenthaltsort!

Das Hotel liegt fantastisch, direkt neben dem Kurort. Es ist leicht zu finden, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, und man kann direkt am Eingang parken. Das Hotel verfügt über Thermalbäder im Innen- und Außenbereich, und die Zimmer bieten eine atemberaubende Aussicht – man kann den Berg Yotei direkt nach dem Aufwachen sehen.

”Das war ein Meerblickhaus, das wir nur einen Tag vermietet haben, um Chikyu Misaki (Cape Chikyu) und Lake Toya zu besuchen, bevor wir zu Sapporo und Otaru mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen fahren. Wie erwartet, war die Meerblick überraschend, Es gab viel Platz für alle 8 von uns zu schlafen, und alle Einrichtungen waren gut ausgestattet. Jeder fühlte es sich als eine echte Schande, dass wir nur für einen Tag bleiben konnten. Es bietet einen großen Wert für den Preis. Hinweis: Es gibt nicht viele Restaurants in der Nähe, und die meisten davon sind rund 7–8 PM geschlossen, also beachten Sie das.”
