Wert the price if you are looking for authentic Japanese food and ryokan experience. Komfortable private indoor onsen. The staff are really nice and can communicate in English via good translation. They have a shuttle to Minakami Station when we check out.

地點稍微偏僻，年長男性接待人員非常熱心，房間空間大維持得也不錯，但是感覺得出來建築物的年紀。餐點蠻好吃的，不過有幾道料理偏西式，吃得沒有很習慣，比較想吃到的是當地傳統料理。整體而言是令人放鬆的旅館。

The staff here was amazing. The service was exceptional and the sanitary also really good. Not just that but the food wasn’t just good but also offered an amazing in depth experience into the deep depths of Japanese cuisine. I would recommend anyone to come here if seeking a quick easy nights rest as its close to transportation.

Das Zimmer ist sehr neu, groß, sauber und komfortabel. Ich liebe das private Onsen Badtube am Balkon gegenüber dem Fluss, es ist sehr entspannend. Das tägliche Frühstück war gut, wir können wählen westlich oder japanisch den Tag vor. Abendessen Menü war lecker und schöne Präsentation.

Our visit to this hotel was perfectly adequate. The traditional setting provided a nice sense of atmosphere, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The onsen facilities themselves were clean and relaxing, meeting our expectations for a hot spring experience. Our room was spacious, but the amenities felt a little dated and could use some refreshment. Dinner and breakfast were included, offering a standard array of Japanese cuisine that was palatable, though not exceptional. The staff were polite. Overall, it's a safe and decent choice if you're looking for a no-frills, standard onsen hotel experience.

So many little things that make this hotel much better than anything else. The way they show you to your room, the way they put your shoes away and bring them back on your departure date, the way dinner and breakfast is waiting for you at your own private table, the way they let couples share an onsen during quiet hours. My point is - you will feel like a VIP here. The staff and always there, taking care of you in subtle ways, but you never feel watched or intruded on. This kind of invisible service - maybe hard for westerners to understand, but it is excellent. You will feel like you are really being understand and looked after. Highly recommend. Best hotel service I've had in japan in 2 years of living here. Highly recommended.

Das ist ein Hotel, das freundlich und komfortabel ist, möchte ich wieder aufhalten. In der Wärmekammer ist es warm, das Außenwasser ist nicht kalt und nicht warm, also im Gegenteil, es ist besser. Mein Mann scheint Whisky zu mögen. Sie können drei günstige Berge, Bai-Stadt und Röntgen zu einem angemessenen Preis trinken.
