GGastnutzerSehr gutes Hotel, der Service ist sehr intim, es fühlt sich sehr bewegend und das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker! Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, der Betreuer wird Ihnen helfen, alle Einrichtungen vorzustellen, und Sie werden das nächste Mal hier leben!

KKeith077852The view of the Lake is just spectacular. The service was so great. It is just a 4-minutes-long taxi journey from the JR station. The rooms and the onsen are also nice.

RRaymondTo be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate.
There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

GGastnutzer太小眾的地方了，連日本年輕人都很少，都是當地的中老年人，酒店工作人員幾乎不會説英語，但是靠比劃，基本交流還算順利。JR車站到酒店打車大概五十RMB，通過攜程預訂沒有酒店的郵箱，也可能是酒店沒有，就無法聯繫酒店接站，衹能自己在車站等空車。離開的時候，免費送站就方便很多，圖裡有拍的送站時間表，提前跟酒店前台説好。

GGastnutzerSuitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi !
We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

The place is very cozy, the baths were nice and the manager was very very nice. Even if I don’t speak Japanese and he doesnt speak English, he tried to speak with me with his phone translator and made sure everything was ok for me.
I would definitely recommend the place. If you are a foreigner please be sure to respect the manners. No shoes inside, no slippers in the baths, shower before bath, etc.

看看山看水看雲A hotel that is convenient. There is an articial spring in the basement that closes at 1am. Good for people who have got a long day out. The bedding is clean but a bit yellowish.
Very polite and good hotel staff. They let us store the luggage for two nights while we r away and will come back to stay on the 3rd night.
