AAnonymer BenutzerThe hotel is located near Matsue station. The front desk agents were very polite and did their best to talk to me, despite my very broken Japanese. Guests are given a locker, protected by a keycard. The locker itself was good enough for me, who took only a conventional backpack and a pair of shoes, but might not be enough for those who are not traveling light like that. The bathrooms were shared and quite clean, fully furnished with amenities for showers and personal hygiene. WiFi was included and it was quite decent for general use, even when inside the shared bedroom. The bed capsule had a pillow and a blanket, lights and power outlets for phones. I had more space than I imagined, enough for me to sit on the bed. The only downside of this room type was air circulation, probably due to the hot climate that's been the standard here in Japan lately, but I think the fans could work more efficiently or the capsules could use an AC outlet. Other than that, I recommend this location and will certainly stay with them again.

KKeith077852The view of the Lake is just spectacular. The service was so great. It is just a 4-minutes-long taxi journey from the JR station. The rooms and the onsen are also nice.

Jjo taro古い旅館を個人客用にリニューアルした感じです。建物は古いかもしれないけど内装は綺麗です。
シングル個室はベッドだけで超狭いです。まあ寝転がって携帯見る分には問題ないですが。個室なんだけど、隣室のイビキはもちろんカバンを開ける音とか全部丸聞こえです。イヤホンがあった方が良いかもしれません。
でも、内湯もあるし立地は良いし値段を考えれば充分に満足です。

YYolkieThis hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on:
- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

RRenzailvtu非常慶幸在松江選擇了這家酒店。它與JR松江站僅一街之隔，乘坐電車、巴士都非常方便。酒店建築很新，內部也很整潔。作為商務級酒店，房間和衞生間都屬於挺寬敞的。酒店的設施很齊全，洗衣機、微波爐、温泉（雖然不屬於天然温泉）、桑拿室都有提供。酒店的早餐品種很豐富，味道也很好。
（松江另有一家松江站人工温泉二股湯之華格林裏奇酒店，距離車站要遠些，外表看有年頭了）

DDayaduoDie Lage ist sehr gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des JR-Bahnhofs Matsue und ist praktisch für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Das Zimmer mit Doppelbett wäre besser Sie können unter der Dusche fernsehen. Es ist wirklich einfach, es lange zu waschen, aber die Hygiene ist etwas schlechter als in anderen Hotels. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, es gibt Izumo-Soba-Nudeln, Sie können wählen heiß oder kalt, und Yakult, Eis usw. werden zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten kostenlos bereitgestellt, der Hotelservice war ziemlich gut. Mein Freund hat das Ladegerät vergessen und es erfolgreich zurückbekommen.

GGastnutzerWenn Sie in das Hoteltor gehen, müssen Sie viele Treppen mit dem Gepäck bekommen, sehr hart; die Zimmer sind sehr schlecht isoliert, die Schleifen sind sehr leicht zu hören; die Zimmerwand ist weg, die Klimaanlage ist voller Asche, absolut unvernünftig mit diesem Preis

RRaymondTo be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate.
There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍
