What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome.
I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!

GGastnutzerWonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

SShang jiunnPerfect experience for a group of friend, they have great service in terms of check in and inquiry about anything nearby, Onsen, food, transport etc.
The resort/house is equip with whatever we need, and with spacious bathroom, amenities.
It’s only 5 mins away from the main skii and snowboard area.
They have arranged transport for free transfer, although it will be even better if you have a car, carpark provided.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

KKelsie MunroExcellent service from check in to check out by the wonderful staff at Chatrium Niseko. They were always there if we needed anything and helped organise transfers to and from the airport via taxi. We were a few minutes walk to the Ace family chairlift where we could then explore around snowboarding and using multiple gondolas and lifts from there. Lots of food trucks and convenience stores on the way back to the hotel which was super convenient. Arigato for a wonderful experience!

入住時前台會提供一個WhatsApp電話
方便客人入住期間的所有安排，包括安排車接送，更換毛巾，預約清潔等等。
我們訂的是三房間隔的房間，配有三個廁所，家人們早上都不用排隊，房間對正羊蹄山，拍照超好看。
早餐中規中矩，沒有太驚喜的，已經包括在房價內，沒有太多要求，如果對早餐有要求的可以自己買材料回酒店煮。
唯一比較遜色的，就是廚房設備，沒有火鍋的設備，但是微波爐及蒸焗爐是Miele的，很好用很方便，看得出酒店的管理團隊很愿意花钱在硬件上。
最值得稱讚的就是服務，由於酒店距離雪場相對比較遠，每次叫車來回雪場接送都很方便，只需要提前5至10分鐘通知就可以。
下次再來二世古也必定會再住的酒店

GGastnutzerRight at the centre of Hirafu - you have to walk a bit upslope to the ski lifts. Check in is at another building / hotel so beware if you're not driving.
The space is well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, as well as heaters. There is also a ski locker on the ground floorwhere you can pit your ski equipment. However we noticed a smell of fresh renovating works once we entered the room - though we're not sure where that came from.
If you're driving, beware they only have 2 parking spaces in front of the building which are not designated for guests. So if someone else parked that space, you have to find somewhere where you're not considered a hassle. Note you are not supposed to park behind the building nor the space next to the 2 parking spaces.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, fahren Sie mit den Skiern rein, ziehen Sie Ihre Schuhe an und rutschen Sie direkt zum Familienlift, der großartig ist. Hirafu hat die meisten Pisten und es ist ziemlich praktisch, eine Verbindung zum Garten herzustellen. Im ersten Stock des Hotels gibt es einen Durchgang, der zum Spind zur Aufbewahrung der Skiausrüstung führt. Der Spind zur Aufbewahrung der Skiausrüstung ist sehr praktisch.
Die heißen Quellen mit Blick auf den Berg Yotei sind ausgezeichnet.
Frühstück und Abendessen sind beide gut und man kann gut essen.

AAnonymer Benutzer甘露之森太出乎意料的好了，房間在日本酒店算大的，而且小客廳還提供榻榻米墊子，一間房可以感受兩種風格。
酒店的天然温泉也很舒服，房間的浴缸都沒用過，滑完雪飛奔進温泉，簡直太舒服了。可以在一樓買酒店自製面膜，搭配温泉，效果好的很。
酒店提供的浴袍也很好看，可以泡完澡穿浴袍去餐廳，早餐晚飯也都超值，好吃不貴。
還有免費接駁車去兩個雪場，二世谷的寶藏酒店。

MMarc in ShanghaiRoom is very modern and has plenty of amenities, including a private bath and toilet. Bed was comfortable. WiFi and heating worked well.
This is a self-service accommodation. No reception or staff onsite. They’ll send you a code for the lockbox that the room key is in. The resort condo is attached to the office for the RV Park that shares the parking lot. They seem to be used to people coming in there to check in.
Location is not very central. About a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants.
