RRunAlongMy experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway .
What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome.
I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!

TTough_crybabyThis was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my trip! Even a month before my trip, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile.
Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy.
The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!

SShang jiunnPerfect experience for a group of friend, they have great service in terms of check in and inquiry about anything nearby, Onsen, food, transport etc.
The resort/house is equip with whatever we need, and with spacious bathroom, amenities.
It’s only 5 mins away from the main skii and snowboard area.
They have arranged transport for free transfer, although it will be even better if you have a car, carpark provided.

GGastnutzerA very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Die Rezeption bietet ein WhatsApp Telefon 
Bequem für die Gäste während des Aufenthalts,  umfasst die Beförderung von Autos, den Austausch von Handtüchern, die Buchung von Reinigung usw.
Wir bestellen drei Zimmer mit drei Badezimmern, die nicht in der Reihe sind  morgens, das Zimmer ist richtig  山, Fotos sind super schön.
 Das Frühstück ist in der Regel nicht zu überraschend, es ist bereits im Preis der Wohnung enthalten, es gibt nicht zu viele Anforderungen , wenn Sie für das Frühstück verlangt haben, können Sie Materialien zurück zum Hotel kaufen.
Das einzige, die schlechter ist, ist die Küchenausstattung, es gibt keine Feuerlöschgeräte , aber die Mikrowellen und die Schüssel sind Miele, sehr bequem zu benutzen, es ist, dass das Hotelmanagement  Team gerne auf der Hardware ausgeben möchte.
Der lobenswerteste ist der Service. Da das Hotel relativ weit vom Schneeplatz entfernt ist, ist jederzeit eine Beförderung zum Schneeplatz bequem, nur 5 bis 10 Minuten im Voraus benötigen Sie eine Benachrichtigung. 
Das nächste Mal, wenn ich wieder in den 2. Jahrhundert zurückkomme, wird es sicher auch wieder aufhalten

KKelsie MunroExcellent service from check in to check out by the wonderful staff at Chatrium Niseko. They were always there if we needed anything and helped organise transfers to and from the airport via taxi. We were a few minutes walk to the Ace family chairlift where we could then explore around snowboarding and using multiple gondolas and lifts from there. Lots of food trucks and convenience stores on the way back to the hotel which was super convenient. Arigato for a wonderful experience!

GGastnutzerRight at the centre of Hirafu - you have to walk a bit upslope to the ski lifts. Check in is at another building / hotel so beware if you're not driving.
The space is well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, as well as heaters. There is also a ski locker on the ground floorwhere you can pit your ski equipment. However we noticed a smell of fresh renovating works once we entered the room - though we're not sure where that came from.
If you're driving, beware they only have 2 parking spaces in front of the building which are not designated for guests. So if someone else parked that space, you have to find somewhere where you're not considered a hassle. Note you are not supposed to park behind the building nor the space next to the 2 parking spaces.

AAnonymer BenutzerKam zum Übernachten, während ich Niseko während der grünen Jahreszeit erkundete. Das Essen war mittelmäßig, aber Niseko hat viele gute Restaurants zu bieten, die man erkunden kann. Das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen sauber, aber die Aussicht auf Yotei ist teilweise durch das Vordergebäude verdeckt, das gerade im Bau ist. Ich werde vielleicht nicht wiederkommen, da die Ausstattung alt und abgenutzt ist.

WwaynethepaintTrip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search.
I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste.
(Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium)
That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind)
7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though).
They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy.
The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay.
Overall good stay.
Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

MMarc in ShanghaiRoom is very modern and has plenty of amenities, including a private bath and toilet. Bed was comfortable. WiFi and heating worked well.
This is a self-service accommodation. No reception or staff onsite. They’ll send you a code for the lockbox that the room key is in. The resort condo is attached to the office for the RV Park that shares the parking lot. They seem to be used to people coming in there to check in.
Location is not very central. About a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants.
