My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway . What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Wonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Ihrem Eigentum in Niseko. Alles überstieg unsere Erwartungen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, komfortabel und schön gepflegt. Wir schätzten insbesondere die bedenklichen Komplimentarsnacks und Erfrischungen, die für uns bereitet wurden. Es war so ein schöner Touch und machte uns wirklich begrüßt. Vielen Dank für die hervorragende Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden es uns absolut lieben, in Zukunft wieder hier zu bleiben.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window! If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

Nachteile: Das Zimmer ist ziemlich alt und klein Vorteil: Die Lage ist sehr gut, fahren Sie mit den Skiern rein, ziehen Sie Ihre Schuhe an und rutschen Sie direkt zum Familienlift, der großartig ist. Hirafu hat die meisten Pisten und es ist ziemlich praktisch, eine Verbindung zum Garten herzustellen. Im ersten Stock des Hotels gibt es einen Durchgang, der zum Spind zur Aufbewahrung der Skiausrüstung führt. Der Spind zur Aufbewahrung der Skiausrüstung ist sehr praktisch. Die heißen Quellen mit Blick auf den Berg Yotei sind ausgezeichnet. Frühstück und Abendessen sind beide gut und man kann gut essen.

Right at the centre of Hirafu - you have to walk a bit upslope to the ski lifts. Check in is at another building / hotel so beware if you're not driving. The space is well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, as well as heaters. There is also a ski locker on the ground floorwhere you can pit your ski equipment. However we noticed a smell of fresh renovating works once we entered the room - though we're not sure where that came from. If you're driving, beware they only have 2 parking spaces in front of the building which are not designated for guests. So if someone else parked that space, you have to find somewhere where you're not considered a hassle. Note you are not supposed to park behind the building nor the space next to the 2 parking spaces.

Trip.com hat immer mein Weg für Reisebuchungen gewesen. Ähnlich dieses Mal nach Niseko, entschieden, eine weitere Woche zu verlängern und MyEcolodge kam in der Suche. Ich muss sagen, dass die Scheckin schwimmt, aber was ich dachte, ich buchte, ist sehr anders als das, was mir zugewiesen wurde. Ich dachte, was ich buchte, war ein Zimmer für mich selbst, aber es scheint als ein geteiltes Zimmer. Es ist nicht viel, aber das Gefühl der Missinterpretation hinterlässt einen schrecklichen Geschmack. (Trip.com CS stieg in und half, die Dinge zu klären, aber es gibt nichts, was getan werden könnte. Spitzensaison, und überall anders ist vollständig reserviert oder ohne Zahlung einer Prämie) Das sagte, der Aufenthalt war gut. MyEcolodge sitzt in einer sehr bequemen Lage nur ein paar Haltestellen von Hirafu. Es gibt verschiedene Busse einschließlich kostenlosen Shutters, so dass wirklich eine Erleichterung aus dem Kopf) 7eleven, ein kleines Café, ein Hotpot/Shabushabu Restaurant ist nur von Ihnen entfernt. Das Hostel hat auch seine eigene Café, obwohl ich nie dort essen (das Essen sieht gut aus). Sie haben einen riesigen Lagerraum für Ihre Geschirr, ziemlich sicher, so keine Sorgen. Pantry, Waschraum, Waschraum sind ziemlich geräumig und gepflegt. Das Zimmer selbst ist gut, nichts zu wüten. Nichts zu beschweren. Handtücher sind frei und sauber. Alles andere, was Sie bezahlen müssen. Guter Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Bitte beten Sie hart, wenn Sie schöne Zimmer-Machpartner erhalten, wenn Sie teilen!

Main building room has private bathroom that is ok for us. The onsen is good but i think woman western people doesn’t understand how to use Japanese Onsen as they let them hair down to the water that is normally prohibited. Breakfast is not as good as it should be compared to room’s price. The best thing is location and private parking as you can park at hotel and walk to grand hirafu ski area. There are supermarket in front of hotel as well. If you book family room, there are Yotei view by the terrace.

Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, der Sommer ist im Aufstieg und so weiter. Es ist schlecht, das Frühstück ist mit Hilfe von Selbsthilfe ausgestattet, die Farbe ist großartig und die Service-Personal ist gut, kann Chinesisch sprechen.
