My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway . What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!

I was looking forward to my stay in Setsu Niseko but I feel disappointed with their breakfast. Maybe it’s green season, breakfast choices is based on Ala carte and very limited to same menu; kids have to eat the same thing everyday, no other choice. Parking: no complimentary parking for hotel guest, you have to pay JPY2000/day. Pro: room is spacious, onsen is good, hotel is very clean!

This was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my trip! Even a month before my trip, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile. Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy. The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!

A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Gutes Hotel.  Ob  Service, Hardware, Zubehör  sind alle in erster Klasse Die Rezeption bietet ein WhatsApp Telefon  Bequem für die Gäste während des Aufenthalts,  umfasst die Beförderung von Autos, den Austausch von Handtüchern, die Buchung von Reinigung usw. Wir bestellen drei Zimmer mit drei Badezimmern, die nicht in der Reihe sind  morgens, das Zimmer ist richtig  山, Fotos sind super schön.  Das Frühstück ist in der Regel nicht zu überraschend, es ist bereits im Preis der Wohnung enthalten, es gibt nicht zu viele Anforderungen , wenn Sie für das Frühstück verlangt haben, können Sie Materialien zurück zum Hotel kaufen. Das einzige, die schlechter ist, ist die Küchenausstattung, es gibt keine Feuerlöschgeräte , aber die Mikrowellen und die Schüssel sind Miele, sehr bequem zu benutzen, es ist, dass das Hotelmanagement  Team gerne auf der Hardware ausgeben möchte. Der lobenswerteste ist der Service. Da das Hotel relativ weit vom Schneeplatz entfernt ist, ist jederzeit eine Beförderung zum Schneeplatz bequem, nur 5 bis 10 Minuten im Voraus benötigen Sie eine Benachrichtigung.  Das nächste Mal, wenn ich wieder in den 2. Jahrhundert zurückkomme, wird es sicher auch wieder aufhalten  Danke in tution Team wieder 🥰

Right at the centre of Hirafu - you have to walk a bit upslope to the ski lifts. Check in is at another building / hotel so beware if you're not driving. The space is well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, as well as heaters. There is also a ski locker on the ground floorwhere you can pit your ski equipment. However we noticed a smell of fresh renovating works once we entered the room - though we're not sure where that came from. If you're driving, beware they only have 2 parking spaces in front of the building which are not designated for guests. So if someone else parked that space, you have to find somewhere where you're not considered a hassle. Note you are not supposed to park behind the building nor the space next to the 2 parking spaces.

Amazing experience, all the staff was so nice and helpful. They really made me and my friend feel at home for my birthday week. Private onsen in the room, used it twice a day for 4 days. Ski in ski out, ticket booth right next to hotel. Couldnt have asked for anything more. 5 stars niseko prince for the win! Arrigato!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌

Hinzan war erstaunlich für unseren Skiurlaub in Niseko! Die Lage ist super zentral, aber sie haben auch einen Shuttle, der Sie zu den Aufzügen und um Hirafu bringen kann, so dass Sie nicht mit Ihrem Gerät zu Fuß gehen müssen. Es gab Skilocker und ein Zimmer im Lobby mit Bootswärmern. Der Innenraum Waschmaschine/Trockner war auch sehr bequem. Die Zeiten für den Vorderbüro waren begrenzt, sie waren sehr flexible, um zu arrangieren, dass das Personal zu spät/vorzeitig zu checken und zu checken kommt. Alles das Personal war erstaunlich, aus dem Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass wir einen guten Aufenthalt hatten! Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben!

Room is very modern and has plenty of amenities, including a private bath and toilet. Bed was comfortable. WiFi and heating worked well. This is a self-service accommodation. No reception or staff onsite. They’ll send you a code for the lockbox that the room key is in. The resort condo is attached to the office for the RV Park that shares the parking lot. They seem to be used to people coming in there to check in. Location is not very central. About a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants.
