SSarah GraceWe had an amazing 1 night stay at Shizentenyu... i'm still dreaming about the view from our room and the restaurant... amazing!!! We didn't realize that our room included a full 7-course set dinner menu, which was one of the highlights from our trip! The service was impecable, food delicious, and a huge thank-you to Alfie who guided us through our set menu in English. We would have been very confused without him. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, the Onsen lovely, we appreciated the lounge with free coffee, tea, beer, and popsicles. We also braved the steep walk down to the private beach and went for a refreshing swim! We wish we could have stayed longer!

GGastnutzerWe had an amazing time! The property was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed to be out to catch a train on a day when it was torrential rain. The had one of the staff drive us to the station that was further away since the local one closed. I could not have asked for more care or accommodation for us.

Die Fahrt nach Kawazu Town dauert 10 Minuten, um die Kirschblüten zu sehen.

FFlorence BianWe reserved tatami room for one night. It was a bit hard to drive here as we need to drive through mountains. However, the room was so clean, and the service was so good. The dinner was served in traditional Japanese style, it was excellent and super delicious. The hot springs were lovely and privately designed, so cozy especially after a long day driving. Recommend!

I love it that the onsent resort is very private and it seems like they mostly served local tourist. The ocean view was absolutely stunning and it was a perfect stay! I would definitely come back again.

Moreover, the early check-out time at 10 am, coupled with the requirement for rooms to be made up by the same time, might pose a slight inconvenience for some guests.
While the hotel's location offers a tranquil retreat, it is worth noting that it is situated a considerable distance from major attractions, which could affect those planning extensive sightseeing.

GGastnutzerThis is a bit worn out and simple hotel. The best things were the extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as the super delicious dinner & breakfast that was included in the price. I ate maybe the most delicious croissant ever here. The variety and the quality of food was great. Things to improve are the facilities, especially the onsen. It’s very small but more importantly, it wasn’t well maintained and there was no emergency button. When my mom felt like fainting, it wasn’t possible to call for help.
Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. All in all, good stay.

Die Stadt ist ziemlich ruhig und leer, aber wir haben nur etwas Zeit umhergesehen und auch in ihrer Lounge gekühlt. Die Aussicht war wirklich gut und das Frühstück war auch gut. Wir haben nicht für das Abendessen gewählt, so dass wir draußen fürs Essen zu gehen. Es gibt nicht viel Wahl fürs Essen draußen eigentlich, so stellen Sie sich sicher, dass Ihre Forschung! Der Esel war ok, nicht zu viel. Wenn Sie mehr Privatsphäre bevorzugen, gibt es ein kleines Bad in dem Zimmer. Alkohol wurde den ganzen Tag geliefert, aber Bier hat eine Zeitverschwendung, so dass es eine Nachteile für mich. Insgesamt haben wir immer noch unsere Zeit dort genossen, würde empfehlen, zu bleiben.

Und es gibt auch eine private Seite. Die Mitarbeiter sind bereit, zu dienen, auch wenn sie nicht Englisch sprechen können. Aber versuchen Sie, mit den Gästen zu kommunizieren Gesamtwert des bezahlten Preises.

LLThe staff are very polite and always willing to help. The room is big and comfortable. The sound-proof work is also effective, so I hardly hear any noise from rooms nearby.
However, note that the hotel is in the middle of a mountain. If you don’t drive, you have to rely on the car service which the hotel offers (free of charge but not always available). It is almost impossible to go by foot.
However, I must say the hotel staff has always tried their best to cater your needs, which I appreicate very much.
