Hotels in Chatan mit Parkplatz

Nice and quiet location near American Village. I was assigned a lower-floor harbour view room which looks over the carpark in front of the hotel. Hotel staff was kind to move me to a higher floor room at my request. Nice breakfast, comfortable room and decent facilities. Only thing to complain about is probably the gym (little equipment).

Es lag direkt am Sunset Beach, sodass ich mich nach dem Schwimmen bequem waschen konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und der Holzboden sogar noch schöner. Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, war die Bettwäsche jedoch etwas staubig. Das Bett war sehr breit und bequem, sodass ich sehr gut geschlafen habe. Ich habe im Restaurant im ersten Stock zu Abend gegessen und es war köstlich! Zum Frühstück gab es okinawanische Hausmannskost. Ich war so dankbar, dass sie sich um alles gekümmert haben, da ich ein Baby hatte. Allerdings war das Wasser am Sunset Beach schlammig und in Ameville gab es nur Geschäfte, sodass ich es bereue, nur einen Tag für diesen Kurztrip gebraucht zu haben. Mit dem Hotel selbst bin ich zufrieden.

All good! Very friendly and helpful host, and room is clean and all facilities are working properly. There are bottle water and beers for sale in the lobby, with reasonable prices - very convenient. And another small thing that I personally found convenient was that - they just put clean towels and disposable chopsticks in the lobby, and we can get at anytime, and no need to wait for house keeping. A few suggestions though: can add 1-2 cushions for the wooden chair, which will make it more comfortable to sit on; And the blanket was too thick for summer, could’ve been better to provide a thinner option.

Es war einfach perfekt! Haha Das war meine erste Auslandsreise mit einem 20 Monate alten Baby, und ich hatte einen super Aufenthalt. Ich hatte zwar viel Gepäck beim Einchecken, aber die Mitarbeiter waren früh da und haben mir beim Packen geholfen. Auch die anderen Angestellten waren so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war total dankbar. Mein Zimmer war sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Haha Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten! Haha

Die Unterkunft war etwas abseits vom American Village, deshalb habe ich sie gewählt, weil ich wusste, dass es okay ist (ich bin von Aviles Ion aus gelaufen und habe mir Google Maps angesehen … haha). Auf der Veranda lag ein Becher mit Zigarettenstummeln, hinter dem Sofa ein Stück Plastik-Ramensuppe, und es herrschte etwas Verwirrung über die Sauberkeit … Ansonsten war die Unterkunft geräumig und schön. Ich hatte gedacht, dass es schwierig wäre, eine so große Unterkunft zu reinigen. Der Preis war im Vergleich zur Größe zu niedrig … Beim Einchecken gab es keinen QR-Code oder ähnliches, und ich hatte eine Reservierungsnummer … aber es war nicht die sechsstellige Nummer, nach der ich gefragt hatte … Das Einchecken hat zwar lange gedauert, aber es war eine unvergessliche Erinnerung. Hahaha, ich war so froh, dass es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner gab, sodass ich Wäsche waschen konnte, da es an dem Tag viel geregnet hatte. Danke ~~~

The place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours. The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet. Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet. In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

Отель оказался очень удобным для семейного отдыха: в номере есть печка, микроволновка, стиральная машина и сушка для белья. До пляжа идти минут 10 неспешным шагом.

10 minutes walk to American village , there are coffee and convenience stores nearby, the hotel charge extra fee for car Parking 1000¥ /day , there is not watching machine in hotel room, you need to go downstairs for laundry. The front desk services are from 3pm till 12 midnight . Overall good experience.

Mango Resort was a great find - conveniently located close to Sunabe sea wall, American Village, restaurants etcc at a great price! My double bed room was compact but is cozy and worked great for a solo traveler (refrigerator, kitchenette, hot shower etc) Unit even had a washer/dryer but it was out of service during my stay. Check-in is via call center once you arrive at the property - make sure you have the door code to the building to enter!! Overall, excellent stay and I plan to return 😀

Muito bom hostel. Ambiente agradável localização bem acessível para quem não tem carro. Amei o hotel aconchegante tudo com muita praticidade.
