GGastnutzerЭто так называемый B&B отель, он расположен не отдельно, а в здании, где находятся и другие аппартаменты для проживания, ресепшн на 3 этаже, но она не круглосуточная. Чтобы попасть в здание, нужно связываться с администратором. Если вы имеете интернет и знаете английский, то проблем с заселением не будет. Комнаты чистые, у меня был уютный балкончик с креслами и столиком. Расположен отлично, 2 минуты до моря, большой магазин, автобусная остановка полминуты. Рекомедую!

GGastnutzerEverything was great but facilities. Old sanitary items , average bed and pillows . Food in the top restaurant is average . The 5 th floor restaurant has too high nose with imposed services to order at least 3 dishes for everyone , so we could not spend time there with the kid who does not fond of high end cuisine. They ask a deposit even i had prepaid all the days. Car parking is chargeable. So even the staff is very nice and helpful, the general management is too old fashioned.

The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

NNinoПросто великолепный отель- музей. Очень приятные и отзывчивые работники. Вкусный завтрак. Я была в восторге от аутентичного наполнения номера. Очень красивое лобби, где можно отдохнуть, попить кофе. Разрешили оставить вещи бесплатно после выселения.Все соответствует фотографиям и завяленным параметрам. Единственные маленький минус- это душ, который тек во все стороны)) но , это не страшно, купаться можно было спокойно. Я рекомендую и в следующий раз приеду сюда же!

GGuest UserWir waren vom 13. bis 16. August bei meinem Freund. Die Lage ist perfekt, 4 Schritte vom Meer und allen Annehmlichkeiten entfernt (Hauptgrund, warum wir dort übernachtet haben). Die Struktur ist etwas veraltet, sie muss ein wenig modernisiert werden, einige Wartungsarbeiten wurden durchgeführt (da es sich um ein 4-Sterne-Hotel handelt), aber alles in allem ist das Zimmer nicht schön, komfortabel und sehr kühl.
Das normale Frühstück, am Ende gab es viel Auswahl, aber der einzige wunder Punkt waren die Croissants, die klein, nie heiß und hart waren.
Was die Reinigung angeht, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, aber leider muss ich sagen, dass sie zu ”seltsamen” Zeiten gemacht wurden. Gestern waren wir zum Ausruhen im Zimmer (es war etwa 14 Uhr) und sie haben bei uns geklopft, weil sie putzen mussten, und so mussten wir uns auf die Terrasse draußen stellen (wir haben nur gefragt, ob sie gegen 15 kommen könnten, weil mein Freund schlief und sie sagten natürlich, dass es kein Problem gäbe).
Der Parkplatz hat eine Vereinbarung direkt neben der Struktur mit einer Gebühr von 15 € pro Tag und hier muss ich eine Kritik anbringen (obwohl das Hotel natürlich nicht schuld ist).
Mein Freund musste heute arbeiten und gestern sagten wir dem Parkservice, er solle das Auto abstellen, damit wir heute Morgen um 7 die Anlage verlassen könnten. Wir stiegen aus, aber da stand ein BMW davor, wir gingen zurück zum Hotel zu bitten, es zu bewegen (es ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, und soweit ich weiß, werden die Schlüssel derjenigen, die in den angrenzenden Gebäuden wohnen, alle im Miramare hinterlegt.) Im Hotel gab es nur den Wächter, es gab keinen Diener, es gab kein Besitzer, nichts. Mein Freund versuchte, es zu bewegen, aber es ließ sich nicht einschalten, es hatte auch eine leere Batterie. Sie wussten nicht einmal, wen sie anrufen sollten, sie wussten nicht, wer der Besitzer des Autos war. Moral der Geschichte Wir nahmen die Baustelle um 8 Uhr ein und ließen das Auto in Maiori stehen, und sie sagten uns, dass der Elektriker um 9 Uhr gehen musste (und wir um 8:30 Uhr zu Hause bleiben mussten).
Ich glaube nicht, dass es eine normale Situation ist, auch weil wir heute Abend zurückgehen müssen, um das Auto zu holen.
Offensichtlich wiederhole ich, es war nicht die Schuld von
Gasthaus.
