Alles in Ordnung - vielleicht würde ich ein Pulver Frühstück bereichern, auch wenn es verschiedene Möglichkeiten gab, aber im Grunde würde ich alles sagen OK

Guter Aufenthalt, haben wir im Hotel Universal, das sich vorne befindet (selbe Verwaltung). Sehr breit und guter Frühstücksbuffet. Rein Zimmer. Es wird empfohlen!

Pros: - Located in a very central area of the town; - Cosy, nice breakfast area with varied choice; - Clean; - Friendly and welcoming staff. Cons: - It was high season but the price was way too high for a room shared by 4 people; - Too much chlorine in the jacuzzi; - Very narrow and old elevator; - Room for 4 with chargers only by the double bed and not the bunk beds. The bunk beds literally are hostel looking. The space is very small for 4 people to be in and move around. Me and my friends opted for this structure since we were keen on spending the 15th of August in Cervia, which justifies the high price, but we still had higher expectations.

Già al check-in problemi con la prenotazione. Non risultavano due persone-due camere. Con un po' di insistenza hanno poi risolto riscontrando la mia corretta prenotazione (due persone e due camere). Con la TV in camera era possibile vedere solo i canali Rai. Dal rubinetto del lavandino del bagno, scendeva pochissima acqua. Finito il check in, e' stato detto che la colazione era alle ore 07.00, ma in realtà la stessa era alle ore 07.30 . Anche altre persone, erano in attesa della colazione alle ore 07.00
