Hotel was clean and so comfortable, service was quick and great, food was awesome and tasty. Superb view of mountains from room. It’s a must visit hotel. Over and above the staff was so polite and helpful.

Great location and service - very attentive, responsive and supportive staff. The food was just about acceptable (ok-ish/so-so). But the overall experience wasn't that great as the hotel looks and feels very tired and run down. The furniture and ambiance were very shabby. Bed and bedding need to be replaced pronto (probably all over 20 years old, and it shows/smells!). The whole place needs a refurb and a facelift to meet Radisson standards. Until then, it's a 2 or 3-star hotel at best. Nothing even close to 4-star and 5-star is out to the question.

The location is in between railay station and katra bus stand (200 meter from the main road; accessible through auto. The food was above average, timely delivery and quality was also decent. One opportunity area is, 50% items of menu were unavailable like tandur and chinese. The staff was polite and branded appliances are installed; though tv cable operator issue may interrupt the services.

Das Zimmer war gut, die Lage ist auch so weit so gut, aber das Essen ist nicht so gut. Ich fragte den Bestellnehmer Tandoori roti ist gut oder ich sollte bestellen Rice er sagte Roti wird gut sein, aber roti wurde aus raffiniertem Mehl und es war schwer wie ein Papa sehr schwer zu dünnen. Wir haben um 28 km nach Vaishnavo matadarshan gelaufen und wir waren erwarten schöne Lebensmittel, wie wir sehr hungrig waren. Sie haben unsere Erfahrung vernichtet und das Personal ist nicht so professionell wie Eigentumsforderungen vier Sterne. Zimmerausstattung ist ok. Insgesamt habe ich 4500 Rs für dieses Zimmer verbracht, aber es ist es nicht wert. Ich könnte das gleiche preiswerte Zimmer in guten 4-Sterne-Hotels erhalten.

However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. The hotel was so good and the staffs are very cooperative and have a good hospitality manner. And the view from each rooms was breathtaking.
