TtangarajThis was my 1st stay for 2 nights and I really enjoyed this Hotel Madurai Kitchen food /hotel service /and very friendly staffs . The security was awesome .Makes you feel very safe in this Hotel . Location was great too .Close by to all the important places to visit . Everything was great . Thank You Marriot Madurai .
Hope my next stay I can have a room which has a better view rather than partial brick walls although I did not mention to the Reception

Tea, kettle, AC, Heater and all good.
Room service is good and handled within a 5 minutes such as water or any other things etc.
They attend the call without fail.
Receptionist are so good and friendly and nice to take care of the clients.
My self I will rate 5/5 for all services.
Nearby Saravana stores walkable within 2 minutes, My daughter really enjoyed that.

GGastnutzerOld style hotel. Close (1.50 km) to Meenakshi Temple and Koodal Perumal temple. 6 km to Thiruparakundram Temple. No restaurant but near by good restaurants available. Bar and Snacks available in the hotel. Car parking
facility available. Only issue is, by afternoon room smells badly. Bath room smells very bad. After cleaning the bathroom it is better for a day and is back to square one. To identify the source of bad smell and to be rectified.

Our stay was average, but my family and I were quite disappointed with the overall experience. The cleanliness was below expectations, and communication from the front desk was poor. The door lock was broken, and the TV remote wasn’t working. There was a clear lack of customer satisfaction, and it seemed like the staff were hesitant to act without the owner’s approval—they would often say, “We need to check with the owner” for even the smallest requests.
The only positive aspect was that the front desk staff were friendly and polite. However, during our two-day stay, the bedsheets were not changed, which added to our dissatisfaction. I’m surprised MakeMyTrip gave this property such a high rating. Overall, our experience was disappointing.

GGastnutzerRoom are clean, but too old. Wash room is placed at 2 feet height from main room, not easily accessible by elders. Washroom is too old, very small. Windows are not fully covered, place in service area surrounded by pipes. Very old hotel with some renovation which is not nearly done.

GGastnutzerI have not stayed because of my daughter not well. Even-though i submitted doctor prescription unable to get the refund on medical ground this is unexpected since i am only booking on make my trip past 15 years.
