GGastnutzerLocation was really good , the roof top view was the showstopper of the property. As we were travelling with an infant we found the staff very helpful with preparing the meals for the baby. Arabian sea view room was excellent.

GGastnutzerUnmatched staff! Every person was pleasant and kind. It is great for families with kids as there are activities and plenty of recreational spaces. The staff do a good job of cleaning but the humidity creates a musty smell. Perhaps something the hotel can deal with. Airport pick up and drop off should be free (it isn’t though). We would go back because of the welcoming staff and ambience.

GGastnutzerDie Lage der Immobilien war sehr ungünstig. Die Straße, die zu ihr führt, ist ziemlich schlecht. Kein Fahrer will kommen und wenn sie es tun, belasten sie extra. Sehr schwer, einen Fahrt zurück zu bekommen, aber fast unmöglich, einen Fahrt irgendwo von der Immobilie zu bekommen. Das Essen auf der anderen Seite ist ziemlich erstaunlich. Sicherlich eines der besten Restaurants in Kerala. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar, aber in unserem Badezimmer gab es Abwassergeräusche und es ging nie weg, auch nachdem die Reinigungsmittel es reinigt haben. Es scheint aus dem Bad drain zu kommen. Wenn die Straße groß und das Waschzimmer gut war, würde ich es sicher 5 Sternen bewerten.

Unfortunately, I didn't receive a detailed statement of my credit card payment at checkout.
Despite multiple email requests since returning home, I haven't received a detailed statement of the total amount, so I'm confused about what was charged to my room and how much.Could you please attach it to an email as soon as possible?

GGastnutzerWe were in Kovalam at this property for a week. First things first, the rooms we got were nice, had a decent balcony overlooking the front of the property, the air conditioning and hot water worked well. It is really close to a wonderful beach, some small shops and local food joints and only a short walk away from a quiet beach and spots that you could enjoy.
The property itself had a lot of work going on, so I can understand that they were preparing for a major tourist season and it might become better. The pool was dry and I was hoping that I'd get to enjoy some pool time but that did not happen. Perhaps due to the low tourist season, the restaurant had limited dish choices but the food was good. The staff is very sweet and nice but the hotel can do with some more thorough upgrades with housekeeping, such as providing fresh towels timely and so on. Otherwise, the hotel is nice but my family and I felt that for the price we paid, we could have gotten more for the price. Nevertheless, it is a good and decent hotel, I wouldn't keep high expectations. It will certainly get 10/10 for it's location and sweet staff.
This is not to reflect on the hotel management or staff directly or negatively but it would be nice if they set ground rules for some big tourist groups they get, particularly the Gujarati tour groups, in reminding them of maintaining the calm and quiet on the property. Again, it is more about the tourist behavior than anything on the hotel itself.

GGastnutzerGut Aufenthalt Ich reservierte Non AC Zimmer .Sie zahlen zusätzliche für frühe Eincheckung. Für meine Buchungseincheckung war um 2pm Ich erreichte bei 7.30am.They ein Zimmer um 8am und gezahlt 500rs. Und am nächsten Tag die Check-out Zeit, die sie mir bei 12 Uhr statt 2 Uhr für das auch sie gezahlt 200rs. Insgesamt habe ich 1700rs für den Tag verbracht, der für AC Zimmer kosten.
