It’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful. They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

Hatte einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Service war Top-Notch. Wir wurden sehr freundlich auf der Rezeption von Sanika begrüßt . Sie stellte sicher, dass alles sortiert wurde und führte uns ins Zimmer. Alle Einrichtungen weee hervorragend. Beim Schwimmbad ging Sharif wirklich aus seinem Weg, während er mit meinem Sohn umging. Selbst Restaurant-Essen war wirklich gut Wir wurden sehr gut von Athul dort serviert

Das warme Lächeln des gesamten Personals linderte meine Müdigkeit. Das Frühstück Dosa ist sehr lecker. Auch das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Ich möchte wieder hier übernachten.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.
